Great customer service at this location. Staff is always happy, friendly and expeditious. Clean. Love that they are open Sundays !

Each visit is easy and proficient. Employee #223289 is awesome. He always has a smile, is patient and informative when I have had questions.

Always friendly and quick. We have used this spot for the 3.5 years we’ve lived here and I’m actually sad to say goodbye to the folks who have helped us here over the years.

Literally never thought I’d be giving 5 stars for UPS but this store is the GOAT. Always quick, helpful, kind. Give these people a raise!

Some UPS stores can be not very helpful and not friendly I specially go to this store because the employees and managers are there to help the customers and you can feel that. Shout out to Alec an employee who helped me back a box 📦 I really needed to go out. Can’t recommend me these guys enough. I am third generation Eastside Costa Mesa resident and this is where I go. ⚡🤙

Seriously the most hard working staff ever. The store is always clean and the employees work as fast as they can to keep wait times down. They are friendly and very good at their jobs.

I had a very nice experience at this UPS store yesterday and I really appreciated the very nice employee, Griffin, who helped me. I had to ship two packages, one I had misplaced the tag and he did not make me feel rushed at all until I found it, got that one done. The other package I had questions on how to pack it since it was a little large, important to me and I was nervous to ship it. Griffin went out of his way to help me ship something valuable safely and I was super satisfied with the care he took and I felt he went above and beyond to help me. What I was anticipating to be a frustrating experience, being late in the day when they have their pick-ups and questions about my packages, turned out to be a very pleasant experience. Thank you so much Griffin and this UPS store!

Great job! I wish I would have taken a picture of how well my package was wrapped for shipping…it was AMAZING. I had to mail a half inch thick, 2 feet X 3 feet piece of plexiglass to another state. I live in Eastside CM and I make the rounds (depending on my other errands) to different UPS stores in Westcliffe/17th Street corridor. When I had to figure out where to go to mail this piece, my mind went to this store because of the amount of volume of packages they deal with, (they’re a always busy, but well-staffed) and of the numerous times I’ve been in line at the store, and have seen them wrap other items.

I would recommend the store without hesitation!!

A very nice gentleman (I believe his name was Phil) helped me mail some handmade baby gifts to my friend in Canada. He was so patient and helpful, really made sure everything was taken care of. Let me know that sometimes shipping to Canada can be tricky, but the package arrived early and with 0 issues!
I have been to this location before with no problems as well. Will use them again for sure.

I went in struggling sorting through some packages I needed to send out and they were helpful across the boards. Will definitely use again.

I’m surprised by all the bad reviews so feel I should balance the scales a bit because I go there fairly often - though not often enough that they know me - and have had a great experience every time.

I’ve had to ship multiple items multiple ways (once it included items with amazon drop off with just a bar code, 2 USPS, 1 UPS, 1 overnight, and the others normal delivery) and they informed me of all options, tell me when it will arrive, pack it all each different way, were courteous, were patient as I searched for the bar code, and helped me through everything.

The line hasn’t ever been long, but I work from home so I time it for less busy times - although I’ve been there in the evenings and it’s been fine.

I’m going there shortly to send Xmas packages, so I’ll update.

I've been using their services since March of 2003. The owner and his staff have been nothing short of wonderful. Always accommodating. They possess the intangibles that are missing in so many business models nowadays. Highly recommend this particular location.

Amy is an efficient and very helpful bilingual notary public. I highly recommend coming to her. As well as this location.

Customer assistant Griffin was amazing with everybody even when the systems were down. Polite, didn’t get flustered and helped me really well. Super refreshing.

I use this store to ship and receive all my mail and packages. They offer great customer service, recognize me when I come in and always say hi. I’ve never had any issues with the location.

I had to return an Amazon package and Jin Seo was very helpful and polite. He helped me from the printing of the label and taped up the package. I was in and out super quick. Definitely will go out of my way to go to this ups location. Thanks Jin
