Big Lots

Found some awesome deals. Spring stuff is getting put out, but winter products are still in the store. Prices are good. Reasonable, and items have the price tags on them. Super helpfull staff!!

I purchased my first couch here on Black Friday weekend and the store manager Kellen, the furniture manager Cincere and associate Connor provided the BEST customer service experience I have had in a long time. They all went above and beyond to help me, even when I was frustrated about something out of their control. Cant wait to see them again on the next purchase!

They took the time to understand my preferences and budget, guiding me to the perfect mattress. Not only did I find a comfortable and high-quality mattress, but the customer service made this shopping experience a 5/5. ( I hurt my back and they got it into the truck ) I highly recommend this Big Lots location for anyone in search of a great mattress buying experience.

this big lots rocks! Great. Times. In the B. L. : ) they have nutritional yeast for a good deal. Great guests, liked the regular that comes in with pink jacket and glares, and that man behind counter was soooo nice.

The store was bright, clean and very inviting for shopping. The workers all seemed to love their jobs. They were all happy, friendly and eager to help. Best experience in a Big Lots ever!

Great store, always very clean, the staff is always great. Recently purchased a couch and was taken care of and had every question I had answered... The young lady at the front, Nora, is always very helpful and friendly she does a great job.. The entire staff is always great, Thanks for all you do.

They always have a good variety of items. Good quality couches with an amazing protection plan. It's worth spending the money. We got a brand new couch once they sent us replacement money on gift cards. We also got to keep the old couch!

The prices here are phenomenal--wow! Large selection of items from groceries to home decor to furniture. You can truly find everything here and it's all really affordable. The employee who helped us get our desk was extremely helpful. However, some employees were not trained well it seemed, but I still definitely recommend this store!

A very well put together store, nice bright and clean. The customer service was absolutely superior. The selection they have is good and the seasonal items are (aka Christmas items.) Are better than the more expensive box store. I enjoyed my shopping experience.

It's been a while since I've been in a Big Lots, and since I've last visited, it seems as tho they've done a lot of work at this Big Lots (rearranging, upgrading, ect..), and it looks *great*!! And even better, the employees are all so kind and helpful!! Also, low prices, so...

Last day to use my 20% off coupon. Got a lot of good deals! Everyone was wearing a mask and the check out workers were very nice! I like the variety of merchandise. It's fun to discover new little treasures every now and then!

Like to shop at Big Lot's, lots of good deals. My only complaint was a very huge line and one register open. I felt bad for the man working the register, but he did well, kept cool and polite.

I thought the store was very well laid out at great prices some sales going on that I was able to take advantage of and the manager was helpful and friendly I would come here again

Just good prices on decent furniture...no it isn't the highest quality but compared to the price it is an excellent value.

Whoever is in charge of Big Lots is doing a bang up job. Very nice store, well laid out and organized, Broyhill furniture in the furniture department now, lots of good products, what's missing is the pallet full of some random item for like $.50 in between the aisles... LoL (kinda miss that) but I can live with it. Seasonal stuff a little pricey but it's early for Halloween still so it's all just coming out. Jeremy was my cashier, he was very informative about rewards program (yes, they have one now too🙄) but it seems like an attractive program and you can offer a phone number in lieu of another card to carry around. All in all, I was impressed. Good job folks.
