I came in to port away from Freedom Mobile and Rebecca set me up with a plan. She was efficient, very friendly, quite funny, and courteous. She helped me get a promo plan and save its activation for when I was able to switch to Virgin. She took the time to talk until she found a plan that worked for me. I would absolutely 100% recommend her and the store in Amherstburg.

Rebecca helped me out with getting a new phone today. Hospitality is great.

Awesome customer service. Above and beyond. Purchased screen saver, gorilla case & wireless charger pad. Maddy let me know if I bought all 3, they’d bundle & be discounted; she also picked everything out for me at my request - but the best part, she INSTALLED my screensaver, like a boss. Pulled it out of the pkg, cleaned up my phone & had it ready to rock. It was awesome to not read the directions or suffer through the process. I’ll be back. Thanks again!

Thank you Abe from Amherstburg Source for you help in the purchase of my new fitbit Sense 2. He was knowledgeable about the products and helped me to decide which fitbit best suited me. The one I decided on was not in stock at the store so he helped me by putting in an order. I will pick up my new watch at the store in a few days. Nice to see and try on watches in person.

I came in with a home internet problem that was ongoing for 6 months. I spent hours on phone calls to bell with absolutely no resolution. I came into The Source in Amherstburg, Ontario. The sales agent Maddy had this awful ordeal resolved within 10 minutes!! Absolutely awesome service and very much appreciated!! Thanks Maddy!! 😊

The location is currently being renovated, it's a little messy but the employees still offer great service. Abe helped me and my dad get new phones yesterday, very nice and helpful.

The only downside is that their computer system was running slowly so it took a while to get things done, but that isn't their fault.

It's nice to have a tech store in town that can get you what you need, either in store or through an order. Service is always friendly, the staff are knowledgeable, and orders always come within the promised time. Rebecca in particular has been fantastic about helping me when I need new phones - I always make sure she's in before I go to inquire about current plans. Overall, I'm very grateful we have The Source in Amherstburg.

Stopped by on a whim while at the pet store to see if they had storage cards for the Nintendo Switch. Had no idea what I'd need. On this particular Saturday, I was greeted at the door by a very friendly associate who guided me directly to what would work for my daughter's game system. She advised and sold me a card that would work perfectly and honored the sale price that was posted on the item though the sale was over. Very painless and professional.

Non stop perfect service especially now. Today i ordered a bunch of stuff and decided to break the bank only thing is i cant leave the house due to covid and i believe his name was uwel ( probably misspelled) hooked me up and held a single controller for me. This small action made the entirety of my day and week. Shop here if you enjoy being treated like family and friends.

Abraham was amazing, he helped set up a tablet with Virgin plus, he went above and beyond. Caleb also helped and was very kind. I will definitely be visiting again!

Friendly customer service the second I walked in the door. I must say all the staff at this location were very polite and helpful. I already knew exactly what I wanted before I arrived but the worker was able to me even further by explaining their current promotions. I wish I could say I get this customer service from every where I shop these days. The worker made me feel safe by not getting to close. I would rate this location 5 stars all day
