They are reliable, trustworthy, quick, clean, honest and everything you can hope for when you hire someone to work on your home.

I recently purchased a home in Menifee that I wanted to do some renovations on. Since I was moving from another county, I did not know anyone in the area, but it was important to me that I work with a local, family-owned business. I first walked into MJ Granite looking for quartz countertops. I saw that they also did floors and carpets. I ended up having my kitchen and 2 bathroom countertops and the entire flooring of the house, with carpeting in 2 bedrooms done. Iris Edwards was my project manager and I can't say enough about what a WONDERFUL experience I had, from the assistance to choosing all of the colors and patterns, sinks, faucet, etc., down to the very final detail. I had a very specific time frame to complete the renovations, and Iris was amazing at coordinating everything, even with my painter. There were a couple of hiccups during the process, but Iris and her team were always available to make corrections. Iris was very good about always staying in touch with me every step of the way. Jorge and his crew did such a fantastic job on the installation of the counters and floors. I have received so many compliments on the house. Jorge is very knowledgeable and very meticulous about his work. It's obvious that he takes pride in his work and it shows. I am extremely happy with the outcome! I highly recommend MJ Granite and will definitely call them if I should need any of these services in the future!

I found this company based on the reviews. I'm here to tell you they are true. They literally just walked out of my house. They were professional, clean, very nice. They explained EVERY.SINGLE.THING. And they have integrity. I will 100 percent do business here again. They were easy to work with. The timeline they gave to us on Day 1 was 3 weeks. They came in early at 1.5 weeks. We had one issue my husband installed the farmhouse sink and he didn't do it to "standard" so it wasn't going to line up correctly with the counters. When they came out and measured no one mentioned it wasn't "to standard" and the countertops wouldn't be able to go in the way it should. So when the installation crew came and told me the cabinet had to be modified before installation I was a little upset because I thought we were going to have to reschedule BUT the amazing guy uninstalled the sink brought it to standard before he started he said "Usually we charge $500 for this but no charge. We are a family business and we try to make sure we leave the client happy and we are always trying to do better." It wasn't even their mistake to correct. The only thing they could have done different was tell us when they measured but they did it. This is a rare company. I have two bathroom remodels coming up and I will not be going anywhere else because I know they will be more than fair and honest. Everything came out perfect. Workman ship is impeccable. I'm very happy.

We had MJ Granite install our quartz countertops , sink and faucet. Iris and Marie were so helpful in helping us decide our materials and so patient. Oscar was helpful with the process and procedure. Angel and Robert installed our quartz and did a beautiful job and cleaned everything aft er and very pleasant to work with. Jorge installed our sink and faucet. Over all I give them a excellent rating I’m so glad we went with them I highly recommend them you won’t be disappointed.

This place is amazing. I came in 2 weeks ago to look at counter tops and flooring. Their show room is so beautiful. The employees were so helpful in helping me chose a counter top that would best fit what i was looking for. They Also helped me picked out an affordable vinyl flooring. They offer free estimates which is great because a lot of people charge. I got installment set up a week after i went into the store i love how everything is coming along. I highly recommend this company. Thank you Maria for helping me out.

The entire team of MJ Granite are awesome, especially Iris and Cesar. Their products, services, and cost are great. Definitely we will chose MJ Granite "again" for our next home project.

Jorge and his crewmen are the upmost professionals. Their attention to details was greatly appreciated. I was thoroughly impressed with the work done in my kitchen. I will be calling them on my next project!

Good tiles, terrible head

Things started off well with Cesar and then Bryce for our countertops. Then came day of install… my husband and I were like “where did they find these guys?!!” First they start the day at 1130. One guy didn’t speak English and the other was a kid basically helping him that didn’t know much. When they vacuumed up, they failed to put a filter on so dust flew everywhere all over our home in a thick layer. Then they put our island on and one side was way longer than the other. A good 3-4”. Luckily we caught that and they had to redo it. When trying to take the countertop off again, the kid almost snapped it & the other guy damn near ripped our cabinets out. Then they scuffed another cabinet. We had just paid $30k for these! The day was so upsetting and I didn’t even want them coming back but we already paid half down. By 8pm my husband told them to go home & come back tomorrow as we were beat from cleaning their mess after I spent all day at work. The next day went much smoother thankfully and the countertops look great now. Bryce was there making sure everything was up to standard and gave us small compensation for the cleaning we had to do. The 2nd day is why I still gave 3 stars. But if I had gone off day 1, it would been 1 star. Thankfully it all turned out ok.

Update: I originally gave a generous 4 star review. But I’m changing it to a 2 because after all the hassle stated below my backsplash has already cracked not even 2 months later. Disappointed.

My experience was very different than others on here. And my 4 stars should probably be lower given my experience but they did try and fix the situation. I picked a slab from Arizona tile and MJ granite came out and measured. Then two days later came and installed the counter (2 hours after the installation window they gave me). However, a day later after installing the plumbing I noticed the sinks weren’t center with the cabinets below. They came out to see and obviously it needed to be redone (RIP beautiful slab) In order to remedy the situation they purchased a new slab without asking me to look at it first. When I asked to see a photo of it, they brought the slab to my house for me to look at, (massive kudos) which was amazing since I had already taken multiple trips with all my kids to pick the original slab. It wasn’t exactly the same slab I wanted of course but it was the same line/finish/etc so I was understanding with the situation. So I picked my desired section of the slab then they remeasured fabricated and came to demo and installed again. After inspecting the 2nd job, they cut the faucet holes off center. I honestly was on the verge of tears at this point. But on we go mistakes happen 3rd times a charm right. So there was a section on the 2nd slab they could still use. They were determined to fix the situation so for a 3rd time they measured and fabricated the 3rd countertop and came the same day to demo and install. Finally I have an even and correctly measured countertop and backsplash in a beautiful honed marble. The finished countertop does look great. And if it would have been fabricated and installed correctly with my original piece of marble I purchased it would be a 5 star. But unfortunately the entire experience was really irritating and disappointing.
