Super friendly and helpful staff!

The employee who helped me today went above and beyond what’s expected of good service. He was exceptional in every way - from helping me pick out products to making sure I had everything I needed. Excellent.

They are my go-to for car products.

I came to this Autozone desperate. I was far from home and my car started shaking. Every auto shop in the area was closed or didn’t do ignition work. Autozone ran a code check for me and got me set up with the spark plugs and coils I needed. The associate helping me, January, was so patient with me as I had to exchange my wrench a couple times since I wasn’t sure which size I needed. January lent me most of the tools I needed to get my spark plugs and ignition coils changed, gave me a little discount, and helped me save money by buying a set of coils instead of individually. She also checked in on us in the parking lot when we were wrapping up. Seriously, January was an angel. I wouldn’t have been able to get home without all the help this team gave me! I hope I never end up in a situation like this again, but if I do, I know where to go.

Had some battery problems, felt it was going bad and bought a new one. It worked or at least started and when bringing it back for the core I very much appreciate how January checked to make sure it was truely the battery making sure I put it on correctly and added grease correctly. Great service.

Absolutely amazing customer service! We have an old car and the battery and terminal was corroded. The clerk (Paul) spent considerable time with us helping to get the old battery out, the terminals cleaned up, and putting the new battery in. We were blown away by his thoughtfulness and helpful attitude. Best customer service we have ever received at an auto parts store. Very highly recommended for batteries and anything else you need.

Stopped in for items to clean my interior and the rep took me right where I needed to be and was very polite and friendly. Great customer service as always. Never disappointed.

I wish I could remember the woman’s name who helped me today! I came in thinking I needed a new battery, but she checked it for me and it turned out a few screws just needed to be tightened. She help me with a few other small things while I was there as well. She was so nice, and so very helpful! I want to say her name was Victoria…

Had to give a shout out to Claire who had helped me resolve an issue with my battery. I was from out of town and because it was on a Sunday I had limited resources available. She was extremely helpful and went out of her way to help me get a new battery installed. People like her need to get the recognition they deserve. Kudos as well to the manager Manny who had to take over helping other customers while Claire was giving me assistance. Thank you Claire and Manny again for your patience and assistance.

Ty helped my daughter and I last night by removing my battery, testing it and replacing it. He also replaced bulbs that were burnt out. He was friendly, professional, and taught us as he did everything. Please see that he is commended for a job well done!

On a Sunday evening, while out of town my battery light came on. I took it directly to AutoZone to diagnose but when I arrived the car would not start to diagnose. Rob did everything he could to jump the battery, and eventually suggested pulling it out and charging it. That worked to get it started and was determine the alternator is bad. He suggested a place that does good work that might be able to get me in on Monday. Rob was friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job! Thank you Rob!

The workers here were incredibly hospitable right after my car sporadically stopped working in the same parking lot as their business. They were sweet to let me stay inside and call for a ride, offered services without being too pushy, and gave no attitude when I asked to leave my car there until I could come back. Such sweet people! And truly great service!

This is my go to Autozone. Great and helpful staff and a large variety of auto supplies and equipment. I have used thIs location multiple times and it always surprises me with how many random and useful items they have! You'll be surprised at what they have for your car with almost no matter on the year of the vehicle. I have needed parts for multiple parts for a few vehicles with varying years and makes. All in all, if you need parts for just about any car with friendly service, stop in!
