I had the most wonderful experience at The Hilton Head AT&T store this morning after experiencing the rudest employee(manager) yesterday at the Bluffton Store. Hilton Head employee,Johnny, was so kind and helpful. And he fixed my problem in one minute.Bluffton manager said she couldn't fix it.Thank you to Johnny and Hilton Head AT&T

Had a terrible experience this morning at AT&T off Hilton Head Island. Decided to risk going on the island to AT&T and met Justin, the manager! He helped my elderly mother correct her cell phone concerns and made a new phone sale in the process. Caring for your customers goes a long way. Thank you Mr Justin and the AT&T on Hilton Head Island. Avoid the one off island, the manager at that location needs retraining and a work ethic!

The best AT&T experience ever in Hilton Head, SC. We were in need of an iPhone upgrade and family mobile plan evaluation. Thanks to Jordan, he was able to consult us on the best phone package, retain old Apple phones and the purchase a new iPhone 12 Pro Max! He also explained the AT&Ttv streaming benefits and an exclusive first responder mobile network called FirstNet! Ask for Jordan, I know he’ll be happy to help you!

With each visit I make to this location, I pretty much receive service by a guy named Johny. Today, I stopped in for service, sure enough, there was Johny. He is very much the Best Customer Service Specialist I’ve ever done business with. If your are stopping by the Hilton Head Island, SC store, look for Johny! Congratulate him too, today, he shared he recently was promoted to Assistant Manager!
Job well done, Johny, I’m your biggest fan. I give you 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Our experience with ATT on Hilton Head was awesome. The rep, Jay, was professional, very pleasant and knowledgeable. He made it an extremely positive visit.

I was helped by two extremely knowledgeable technicians on sale consultants Ito Cortez and Karina Padilla Ramirez… I took the time needed to get me set up on first net which is important to me and doing it today was very important as far as timing!

My mother was having a bit of difficulty setting up her new Apple Watch. While on vacation in Hilton Head, we stopped by the Shelter Cove location. We were so blessed to have the opportunity to work with Micaela Simovich. She was incredibly patient & super knowledgeable. Mom is thrilled with the amount she learned in a short time. And I picked up a few new tips too! Very smooth & comfortable experience!

Justin was amazing to work with! He was extremely knowledgeable, innovative and had a great sense of humor! He spent quite a bit of time with us to give us all our options. Ended up with a a couple phones and multiple lines. In fact we even brought our kids back to his store to get upgraded phones. We will be back for our next upgrade!! Thank you Justin for making it such a pleasant experience!

Came in the AT&T store today with a number of issues on my business account and between Jonny and Justin ( new store manager) they were all resolved. Customer service was great with a very friendly and personable greeting as soon as i walked in. What i liked the most is they LISTENED to my issues, made a punch list and knocked them all out one by one. This store has been a pain to deal with in years past but my confidence and loyalty to AT&T has been restored. Thanks AGAIN!

Mickayla was great! I had an issue where AT&T rep upgraded the wrong line so I was kind of upset. When I walked in and met Mickayla & told her my issue. She knew what to do right away. She explained to me all the options I could take. And made the process easy and painless. She had a great attitude & was very knowledgeable! I really think she should be the store manger. She was able to help 2 other customers while she was helping me and it was great to watch

We are visiting from Canada and were having problems receiving incoming and outgoing phone calls on our cellphone. Our Canadian provider tried in vain to help us, so we turned in desperation to AT&T. Fortunately Johnny solved our problem in minutes!
AND we are not even customers.....that is what I call Customer Service.... did I mention that Johnny never even charged us?
AT&T is fortunate to have Johnny on their Team! Thanks Again Johnny!

Lori was super helpful and provided outstanding service in helping set up my new iPhone. From the get go, it was a great day experience- she greeted me at the store entrance and was ready with all that I n ended. She went over and beyond in helping me charge and activate my old phone and get trade in credit. She is very seasoned and pleasant to work with! Great job Lori! Will stop in next time to say hello! I met Justin and he was great. He was polite and professional. There was a lot of customers in store and he dealt with us so great. He really knows how to multitask.

I came to Hilton head island shop on tuesday, december 13th and Justin Read took care if us.
I want you to know how excellent Justin was with us, me and my translator.
He enlightened our day because we tried the whole day before to get a phone from Verizon. They asked us for multiple documents, moreover new ones everytime we were going back to 2 shops because they couldn't do the same job.
It took 20 mins to Justin to fix everything for us and he explained why. Related to the social security number given to foreigners (I am french).
Please make sure to thank him the way he deserves it. You are lucky to have such an excellent salesman.

Today I received great professional support from Jaylin and her Mgr Justin. There was no purchase involved yet without hesitation they jumped in and diffused a challenging problem with ATT corp. Way to go Jaylin, true professionals and a very happy customer with a working phone!

Great service! I broke my phone and was able to get a new one same day, I had many questions about prices and my monthly bill and Ito was very helpful he answered them all. He was super patient and understanding he didn’t get agitated when I would go back and forth with different questions or change my mind which was great because you don’t get that customer service much anymore. He told me about a great plan option that met all my price needs which was an upgrade in plans. So I left with a new phone and new phone plans for my whole family! I’ve been a customer for over 8 years and today was the first where I left feeling happy and with a lower monthly plan rate! Which was really awesome thanks again to Ito and at&t for great service!

The rep Faith was an absolute joy to work with! She is very knowledgeable, walked me through all the options without a "hard sell" tactic, then took the time to switch everything over to my new phone - and even added my screen protector and new case. Overall an excellent experience!
