We just received our Pony League baseball uniforms in time for opening day. They came out fantastic. The kids were happy. Also, with this production we were able to put in custom numbers and last names all in one stop. Also, the way the jerseys are printed we were able to sell arm sleeve sponsorship by division. That was huge for us to make the league more affordable for families. Ray, the owner did everything he said that he was going to do.

I'm not going to lie, it takes a lot of work and timing when you have to fill out the excel file the day after the draft to get each kid his preferred number, size, last name, on the team that drafted him. It's much easier to forgo the names and numbers and just do shirt sizes, but the kids and parents like the look. The staff at PTS made it about as easy as it could be. We will certainly be repeat customers.

Jan 7th 2021. Another great experience with PTS. They are amaaaaazing. Even through the covid times we got our uniforms in 10 days delivered to door step and right in time for game one. Definitely the best dressed for 2021 season. we received a ton of compliments. Thanks to Farris, Karen, and Melissa for another perfect transaction. We are PTS for Life!!!!

I want to personally thank Ray and his team for an amazing all around experience. We couldn't be happier with the service they provided. From day one everything they told us was spot on. They returned every call, every email and answered all of our questions through out the process. Melissa in customer service department is an Angel. She was answering our questions before we could ask them and kept us updated constantly. Ray promised us 2-3 week production time with a 2-3 day delivery. I know sounds too good to be true right. Nope, PTS is true to their word. Once we put our 60% deposit down the clock started. We got a call 2 weeks to the day that our uniforms were done. We paid our remaining balance and had our uniforms 48 hours later at our door step. 4 weeks before our first game and stress and worry free. Now you must be thinking, what about the quality? Well I have attached some pics of our uniforms and I will tell you this, I have been doing youth football for 10 plus years and these are by far the best quality uniforms I've ever seen. Ray you should be very proud of your team and your company my friend. You guys have earned a customer for life!!!!

We used Primetime Sports for baseball uniforms. The entire process from start to finish was a very pleasant one. The quality of the uniforms are great and the turnaround time was amazing. The boys loved the way everything turned out. I really like that they take the extra step and make a sample of everything and sent me pictures so I would know exactly what they would look like before ever receiving them. I would highly recommend them to future teams.

Primetime Sports sublimated uniforms are definitely the way to go. Their material withstands the long grind of a season and the multiple times of washing uniforms. The uniforms I ordered still look brand new (order was placed in 2017) and the process of designing the uniforms is truly in your control. Primetime will not move forward in the process without your approval and that was something I really enjoyed. So in a sense you are the creator of the product you will eventually purchase and the customer service is second to none. prompt responses and they exhibit patience as I had a few different request before I actually finalized my order. Needless to say, I will continue to do business with Primetime Sports Apparel.

Ray and the PTS Team went above and beyond for me. Everything is organized during the entire process. The design team worked for weeks with me (with extreme patience) making sure I had exactly what I wanted. The support team during the entire process was prompt to answer questions and help with anything I needed. I always had emails, calls, text following up to each step in the ordering process. It was amazing!

If you are reading this- it is to figure out if this is a company to order from. I will tell you. I also read reviews. I was nervous, but Ray and team exceeded my expectations and here I am writing a review for somebody new to this company like I was. I never write reviews. I wanted to write this one because honestly this company exceeded my expectations of what I was getting.
We hit a few bumps with a factory fire that ruined my uniforms the week they were expected to ship out (this has never happened before to them.). Ray personally called me. We discussed time frame and honestly, under the circumstances, I still don’t know how he pulled off making sure I had everything I needed and on time. I was thrilled.

From the moment I got in contact with Joey, he was very patient with me and very helpful in walking me through all the choices I had for packages and styles. The design team is very easy to work with and ensures that you approve all designs and colors before anything is finalized.

I had the pleasure of working with PTS for the fall season of tackle football my husband coached for. The principal for the school expressed he wanted new jerseys for the team a little last minute and PTS was amazing to work with! They met all of our demands and even when there was a slight issue with items being in stock they worked very hard to get us what we wanted/needed and then some!

The art team was SO WONDERFUL! As a graphic designer myself I am very very picky with things and they accommodated all of my changes and the uniforms turned out better than I could've hoped for. I waited until the season was over to review because I wanted to see how they held up to forty middle school boys.

I am so happy to say the jerseys held up great! There were a few that had some weird stitching issues after washing, but I cannot blame the company solely for that because they were being washed by the player's family at the time and I am not sure if they followed all of the instructions properly. My son's jersey held up great as did almost all of the others.

We also ordered coaching apparel and man were we looking good as a school! Everything matched perfectly and I cannot recommend this company enough. Even with all of the stress they were put through due to our last minute demands, they remained professional and did everything they could for us. We are now staring down our spring flag football season and we cannot wait to order our flag jersey's from the. This quality/affordability cannot be matched ANYWHERE!

This was the first time using Primetime Sports Apparel for teams uniforms. Their design team really listened to our design scheme, color concerns, etc. We were sent several proofs prior to ordering to confirm the design option and color scheme we chose was correct. These guys are the best at what they do. Uniforms designs are the best I've seen. Quality is amazing as well. Prices were in line with all the other major players. The process was so easy.
