Went shopping there for some carpets. Was met and greeted right away. Was introduced to the available sales personnel. The gentleman was very friendly and was helpful. He showed us many different types of carpets and explained the good and bad qualities according to what we thought our needs were. He also explained the different types of pads to us. They were no high pressure sales. They worked with us on the best price also. I will recommend this business to anyone 100% satisfied.

We had an excellent experience at Migala! We recently bought a home and needed the entire first level floor redone. Kristin, the interior designer in store, warmly greeted us on our first visit and was extremely helpful. She definitely knows her stuff, and spent a good deal of time patiently guiding us through various materials, colors, and design options. She even stayed after the store closed for 45 minutes just to finalize our quote and make sure we had the best options available. Overall, customer service is as good as you can get!

After such a great experience, we felt so disappointed that we couldn't go through with the quote, but only due to our own timeline to get the house renovated. Scheduling just didn't work out, at no fault to Migala. We will definitely be back in the future with other projects, and recommend you stop by to talk with Kristin and her team today.

We are so pleased with the entire process of getting new carpeting through Migala. Our consultant Kristin was helpful through every stage of the process, she really listened to what I was looking for and was even able to help me fine tune what type of carpet we were looking for. The person who measured our carpet was courteous, timely and professional, he was super clear about what we could expect and our estimate came back quickly. We were called in a timely manner to schedule installation and everything happened just on time. Our installers were great. Juan, especially, really knew what he was doing, was very professional and kind. They did an excellent job, and everything was put back in place and cleaned up when they left. I highly recommend the team at Migala on Shaver road.

We worked with Kristin to find a great carpet and since we were moving from out of state she worked with us to have it installed prior to furniture being moved. Once it was installed, it was clear there was a color match issue and Migala sent out an inspector that same day. The mill was contacted, new carpet was ordered and they scheduled the independent inspector the mill requested right away. Shortly after that the new carpet was installed and looks great!
Migala worked with us from start to finish and although we had furniture when they had to return, they moved the furniture for us and it was a very transparent and friendly process. There is no question that I would recommend them and use them again!

My husband and I decided to go to Migala Carpet One after a bad experience at Home Depot. I am so glad that we did. The service is top notch. You go in to their store and you are waited on immediately. You have all kinds of help and suggestions depending on your how much you want to spend and the look you are trying to achieve. Kristin Rice is very knowledgeable. She stays with you through the whole process. It took two days to install our laminate and carpet but it was worth it! The installers were so polite and boy where they fast. They did such a beautiful job it upgraded our house 100%. I am so glad we went to Migala Carpet One and got our laminate and carpet. I would do it again!

Kitchen backsplash turned out excellent, we are so impressed !! I am totally in love with it I am totally in love with it !! The installers were very nice, cleaned up, and did a great job! Kristen picked out my grout and my trim for me and took my payment over the phone because I was very ill! I trust Migala & enjoyed working with Kristen! She coordinated everything perfectly! We are very satisfied & would consider hiring again in the future! Thank you Migala! You are awesome!!

Appointment was kept on time, even on short notice. Very knowledgeable staff. While we were looking around, we were asked numerous times by different staff members if we needed help. Our appointment was with Kristen, and she was more than helpful. Very personable. We had some samples picked out, but she showed us more options that were close. She looked at what we had,, and went from there. It was a great experience, and I would recommend them fully.

Jessica was THE BEST to work with! Not pushy or trying to upsell me! Answered every question honestly, gave me real prices and figures, and had a great selection to choose from! Highly suggest working with her! And scheduling took less than a week to get an installation date! WOW!!

We recently had flooring laid by Migala. We were very impressed with the 2 gentleman that did the work for us. Miguel and Miguel were very very polite. They worked hard to get the job done and they did an awesome job at the end of each day cleaning up any messes made from doing the installation. They were very courteous and respectful. We are very happy with our entire experience at Migala!

Our sales person, Kristen Rice, was fantastic. She helped from the minute I walked into the door to calling me the weekend before to make sure we were all set. She helped with color selections, giving little insights that I may not have seen. Will definitely be seeking her out the next time we get flooring!
