Third Eye Comics

Wonderful comic book store. I live 3 hours away but stopped in once while traveling. I’m so glad I did (been there a few times since). The manager (believe it’s Kas) is amazing. She’s smart, energetic, and always has a smile on her face.

Perfect place for a comic book nerd. The staff is very knowledgable and their recommendations are on point!

I don't know much about comics/graphic novels, but after asking for recommendations, the employee very enthusiastically took some serious time to share a bunch of her favorites. Really appreciated the welcoming customer service!

I've always had really good experiences with the store in Annapolis (and staff in particular- who will bend over backwards to help you out) so i was excited to see 3E taking over for Big Planet in College Park, which is much closer to home.

Two stand out experiences I've had (specifically regarding employees) have been with John, who seems to be just about the sweetest guy alive. He's done everything from pulled books for me over the phone, and secured them behind the desk with my name on them while awaiting pickup, to mopping up coffee off the floor that accidentally leaked through the bottom of my Starbucks cup, while I embarrassingly over-apologized. Just a great, friendly guy and the embodiment of who you would want to have working at your local comic shop.

The second was a ginger guy, whose name I have unfortunately not caught yet. I was telling him I was new to Tynion, but loving him as a writer, when he found out I had not yet gotten into Department of Truth. Without asking me, he added the first trade to my stack and told me, "it's only 10 bucks and you NEED to read it." He was absolutely right, and shortly thereafter I bought the second and third volumes. I appreciate a place I can go where they will engage you in conversation and actually help and make recommendations based on their knowledge and your interests. It's what a comic book shop should be!

Small but well stocked comic store. The girl running the store did a good job multi-tasking between ringing up a customer, greeting me coming in and making sure everyone knew she was available to answer questions if necessary.

I'm so glad they've finally arrived! I was looking to find one comic to complete a collection after a 20-year hiatus from comic collecting. The staff there is super friendly, uber-knowledgeable, and just flat out AWESOME!!!! They remembered me by name after one visit and have completely rejuvenated my love of comic collecting. They go the extra mile to answer your questions and make you feel at home when you walk in. Don't let the small store fool you. It's just the right size to make you feel at home and not overwhelmed with what they offer. Love this place!!!!!

John is knowledgeable and eager to share his passion with all his customers. Great selection and collection. Definitely a great place to pick up comics.

A fantastic, friendly, diverse comic shop done right. John & Tyler welcome visitors into the space and guide with pressure to the interesting spots around the store.

Gotta give an extra shoutout to John who's tall frame might intimidate, but as soon as he gets rolling on an explanation you realize you've found a fantastic guide who goes beyond what's on TV & Films. I wish I had a guy like John in my local shop growing up and I've been into comics & anime for 30+ years. I'm thankful that my sons get to have him in their lives as fellow fans.

Great customer service and a huge selection of comics and other assorted figurines and cool comic-based stuff. Whether you're new to comics or have been collecting for years, Third Eye is a terrific spot. Will definitely return.

By far my favorite comic book store in the area. I feel completely welcomed when I go in and the staff is extremely knowledgeable. I don’t know as much as they do and they are more than happy and super nice about sharing things with me. Third Eye is so great that I’ve stopped going to the comic book store 2 miles from my house and I now trek up to College Park instead. It’s well worth the time and gas :)

Small locale but has all the comic and graphic novels you may need. They also sell a lot of collectibles and mystery collectibles. Love the vibe and the variety they offer. The employees are super nice as well. They just opened this store today, so be nice when you visit. Loved it honestly. I will be back with a list of comics and GNs that I want.

We stopped by to browse their selection. The staff member was very friendly and helpful, we will be returning as they have other events and comic days!

The store inside is kind of small and tight, but they have everything you need in a comic store and more. Not only do they have comics, but they also have a kids section, plushies, mangas, figurines, shirts, funko pops, Pokémon cards, the list goes on😍 To top it all off the staff is super nice, welcoming, and well informed. Even if you’re new to the comic world they will gladly help you take your first steps.

I have been in this location several times. Each time I have gone in, I have received excellent customer service. They also answered any questions me and my son had in regards to comics. I am happy to have a Third Eye Comic closer to me. I am now a repeat customer.

Nice store. With they had more copies of certain issues, but I’m sure I could place an order.

I've had nothing but great experiences here. One of the guys there took time to break down a character for me and made suggestions of runs to read of that character.
