Hi everyone. If you are looking for a very friendly well trained staff, this UPS store is your match. I've used the UPS store for 7 years in both Chicago and Atlanta. This is by far the best!

Super friendly staff. Went to get a document notarized and was treated with great customer service.

I highly recommend this store. They efficiently and effectively handle a high volume of customers day to day in a most professional manner. My go to store in the Cumberland area for the past seven years.

The people that work here deserve a medal for dealing with the angry and rude customers they have to deal with. I see the reviews and I have never had an issue at this UPS and I am a regular customer. Yes, they are often busy but highly effective and efficient at their jobs. Kindness goes both ways.

This has been my go to UPS store for the past three years. They are consistently excellent. Prices are good and the customer service is great. I went this morning (10/12) and there were four people in line. One person was behind the counter and he handled everyone’s questions and packages well. Especially since the first person was shipping some larger moving boxes. It seemed like a lot to lift, etc. He moved the line along quickly and I was in the store for probably five minutes. This is the same person who is usually there when I go (don’t know his name) but he always is nice and does a great job.

I’ve always had a great experience at this UPS store. The staff is kind, patient, knowledgeable and helpful. Lord knows I bring a LOT of Amazon returns in and they’re always happy to help. I’ve come at all hours of the day and have never had to wait too long to be helped, and none of my packages have ever had delivery issues. A great location I will continue to use!

My company had an urgent order needed out in California, and this came just after the Memorial Day so everyone was very busy. We got the order made and needed to ship right around 6:00pm. I called Joseph the store manager and explained my case and was told the last pickup for overnight delivery was occurring right then! I asked if they could wait just a minute for our package and raced over there. An associate and I threw some bubble wrap around my equipment as the UPS pickup patiently waited for us. The staff was very understanding of my plight and worked with me to get the job done. The order was sent and my client need was met, all thanks to this store!

Today I needed to interact with them twice, and I called the second time because the first time today was quite painless and fast. This morning I needed to ship some network gear back to a carrier, and all I wanted to do was walk in, give them the address and the kit, and have them do the rest. They did it. Joseph was the manager on duty today and took care of everything quickly. To pack up six rack-mounted routers and ship them to California was a total of $200, which was fantastic. I have another very oddly shaped set of items to ship out tomorrow, and called them on the phone to prearrange stuff. Done! Fantastic service. Not the first time I've used them because they're so close, and not the last time.

I can't even believe the bad reviews for this store. I drive 15 minutes and pass several other UPS stores to come to this spot for the great service! Super knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful.

TIP: Bring anything you need to print on a memory stick so you don't have to pay to use the computer.

I have been a customer at this store for more than 2yrs and I have experienced the staff and owner to be highly professional. They call me by name and engage in small talk. Some of the white people that I see in the store are generally rude, impatient and feel entitled to service immediately even in a pandemic where everything takes longer White people are more than ridiculous! They are dispicable!!

Always excellent friendly professional service! I frequently mail packages out of state. Joseph was a God send when my son was getting married and I had to send wedding decorations and gifts. My packages large and small arrive on time and undamaged.

Terry Womack, Amazing person. Every time i went to UPS store , He greets everyone with a big smile and assist with all the heart he can. His energy to help quickly with proper suggestions is remarkable . Keep the good work sir.

The Management at this facility is amazing. She's a Notary Public and assist you with Notre needs than just what services they offer. With a range of services including shipping, printing, faxing, packing your shipment out just dropping off your pre-labeled shipment. This location is the best.

Joseph is a rock star. He helped us with what could have been a very rocky international shipment. He went out of his way to make internal calls to ensure that we could get the appropriate documentation to our package en-route to avoid a customs nightmare.

i needed to fax some documents and drop off an ATT equipment and did not have my account #.Abdul was very helpful,he made the process quick and satisfactory. Great services.

I've dealt with the owner Joseph for at least 3-4 years now. He and the staff are always courteous and friendly. Never had to wait long at all.
