I love the Starbucks on Dixie- they know how to make a good coffee

I pay too much for coffee. I'm dumb for it, but I do it anyway. Nothing beats spring time allergies like a hot cup of milk and espresso. All hail the mermaid overlords

Excellent place to pick up coffee, I prefer it to the Starbucks store in town. The employees are always friendly, helpful, smiling and going the extra mile. I always enjoy stopping by, even if I'm not shopping at Food City and just picking up Starbucks.

This Starbucks is awesome! Ignore the single 1 star review bc it is not correct. I know the barista, Brianna, personally bc I work at the food city that this Starbucks is located in. Therefore, what is stated in that negative review is not what happened at all. I actually SAW what happened while I was on break. Google refuses to take down the review though it’s been flagged twice. Brianna is an excellent barista as she is very friendly and great to talk to. She’s always handing out samples to our customers in the food city. :)

The workers are always on top of things and will make sure you get your drinks exactly how you like it and always take the time to explain drink options. Friendly and professional, love coming to this specific shop

Get the pink drink w oat milk. It’s AWESOME

A little different than a chain store because it's inside Food City. Staff isn't trained as well. They can only scan gift cards. Orders have been wrong on multiple occasions.

Called in an order at the Food City location only to find out that a water main had broken. They graciously refunded my money, but I wonder why they couldn't have emailed me to prevent the drive? 🤷‍♀

There was 1 person ahead of me. They apparently did not have enough funds for their order. The man left. I was up next. Breanna. The barista, asked .ME to wait because the man in front of me went to his car to get funds. I was ready to order 1 coffee and I had the funds available. Instead of taking MY order she made ME wait 15 minutes, THATS HORRIBLE Customer Service. This was not the 1st time that this happened at this Starbucks And it always been when Brianna was working she handed me a burnt cup of coffee.

worst experience i’ve ever had. one of the workers, micheal was very very rude. didn’t even pay attention when i was trying to order. rang me up for the wrong items. made both of my drinks wrong. anytime he is there he’s very very rude. very disappointed in my service

BEWARE CLOSES AT 7PM NOT 9PM. It states "confirmed " 10 weeks ago about the closing times. We google & see this location is nearest & thats 30 mins! Drive there and walk in at 7pm & the young lady said WERE CLOSED! It seems to m3 that in my experiences with many locations they just close when they want! 6pm...7pn...8pm... The purpose of stating your opening & closing times so that people can look to see if you are OPEN! WHEN IT SAYS OPEN & U DRIVE TO GET THERE 2 HOURS BEFORE CLOSE AND ITS CLOSED IS RIDICULOUS. NOT EVERYONE LIVES CLOSE BY TO JUST DROP IN BUT PLAN IT. UPDATE YOUR TIMES SO LOYAL CUSTOMERS WHO SPEND A LOT OF MONEY CAN GET A DRINK. REMEMBER...THIS IS WHERE " YOUR HAPPY STARTS HERE"
