My son loved his smoothie!
I absolutely love this location regardless my family' experience.
*what happened was an honest mistake!*
We love how friendly the staff is, and how quick the drink came out to us!
I made it very clear that my son has a severe dairy allergy aka anaphylaxis - no cross contamination in any way possible.
A mistake was made as my 1 year old began to break out in hives. Luckily it was not enough to cause anything more than that at this time. I of course returned to the location to make them aware.
The manager on shift was so understanding and apologetic, this situation has definitely allowed for a learning experience! An opportunity to grow from this and train employees about whey protein being Dairy!
My family is not at all angry, we understand mistakes happen and will be returning to allow for better experience.

The food is good, if a bit pricey. They've improved the staffing so the wait isn't too bad anymore.

I purchased an order this morning. It consisted of 2 smoothies, 2 flat breads and 1 quesadilla. I was drinking my smoothie and the closer I got to the bottom, I noticed that I was getting little chunks of plastic from my smoothie. It was not part of the cup or straw, it was clear. I tried to contact the store and could not get an answer. I just wanted to let them know so they could look into the ingredients to make sure there wasn’t anything in any of it and fix the issue so this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

Meh! Another okay quickie smoothie bar, for healthy eating/drinking. Not a big fan, but they do have a good variety of smoothies, and does not taste bad at all.

Usually, this location has been decent or even excellent. Today? Horrible.

I stood at the counter for 5 minutes, and only got an acknowledgement after asking the 'disinterested employees' if the store was open 😡 The 2 employees i could see both looked at me and went about their duties as is i was invisible... The one closest to the front shook her head and huffily took my order, obviously bothered i interrupted her for the reason she's employed .... 😠 CUSTOMERS.

The indifferent employee went about her business, the 'bothered one' who finally took my order, and i saw her overfill a smoothie for another customer, that was oozing its green smoothie contents steadily down the side of the cup... no effort or concern to wipe it, or secure the lid that was noticeably not fully on tightly... to top it off, she 'weakly' called out the order like the character in Police Academy movie, which didn't get the customers attention.... he finally came out of curiosity to get his order.

They seemed to obviously hate their job... 🤦🏻

I have it 2 ⭐⭐ instead of 1, bc the food and Smoothies WERE yummy. The customer service was atrocious. 🤬

Honestly....they have horrible hours and are always closing before their posted times... Makes it unbearable.

This place is usually good anywhere but on fort Bragg, the food is still good but lunch needs to be figured out for the rush, past two times I have came my food has been done when I do an online order but my smoothie has been forgotten.. kinda inconvenient when you place and order 10 minutes out and wait 20-39 minutes for a smoothie. Possibly they should make an online pickup line only so there is no confusion people can come grab their stuff and go.. and not wait forever for their stuff.

I almost forgot why I never come to this location but I was definitely reminded today. Every time I come here, my smoothies are super chunky and not blended well. I shouldn’t have to chew my smoothie every single time. The locations off post are so much better.

Somehow didnt include my smoothie the first time I ordered then took excessively long to actually make it. tropical smoothie cafes off post are much better
