Always have the buy one get one half off…. We picked two pairs of Shoes up yesterday totally 128$…. You can expect to pay about the same price… (if you’re purchasing two pairs) …. Service is always nice and they are very helpful

I'm going to give 5 stars because the associate who helped us went the extra mile to make my autistic son happy. It was such a great experience for us.
One minor thing, I asked if they gave senior or veterans discount and was told no, only active duty with ID. But after we'd paid I noticed on the way out there's a sign saying they give 10% discount to seniors on Tuesdays, and it was Tuesday. I didn't go back to question it.

My daughter is LOVING these shoes. BOGO 50% off and $10 off on top of that. She ended up only paying $20 for these!!!

My wife loves shoes, boots, pumps & fuzzy socks. She mentioned wanting to find shoes in colors like green, red, yellow, ( they don't seem to have any at any time) just black, brown, navy, white is all the seem to carry. The prices are higher than most other shoe stores we've shopped at, but she keeps checking in from time to time.

Great selection of shoes. From flip flops to (steleto like heels).
The store was very nice, clean and orderly.
The staff came through the iles several times to ask if we needed anything. This store was very well stocked with shoes athletics, nursing, infants (large variety).
At check out I received a 15% off that I just was not paying attention. Any time you can save a few bucks, go for it.
Friendly staff wanting to help ( they do not hang out at checkout talking-to someone on the phone or employee to employee tearing down the store an management. Or their personal business.( I get tired of hearing in public their personal relationship.)

Hadn't been in there in a long time. The young lady that helped me was so kind and helpful! Wish I had asked for her name! I didn't buy any shoes because I didn't have time. Plan on taking my granddaughter there very soon to get her a new pair of shoes. Hope the same young lady is there to help us!

Best to grab new footwear! They have a good selection of brands and types and generally have a buy one get one half off sale going. I especially like they carry extra wide widths as a standard practice and not just smaller sizes. I wear a 5E width and most stores don't carry past 2E or 3E. I dislike having to special order my shoes and waiting sometimes weeks for them to arrive. Not at Rack Room, they have several brands that make the width I and my two sons wear(they're also 4E/5E) and with the BOGO special we can generally each get a pair of sneakers and shoes without having to spend much. That is another thing we like here, prices are ultra competitive.

The store itself is generally clean, although some days it can get a bit messy, especially on paydays and during the back to school period. However the staff tends to be attentive and friendly and will help you grab whatever it is you need.

They're always great for bogo 50% off shoes. And NOW thry carry my hey dudes.

Love the BOGO 50% off discount. I always use it whenever possible. Basically get 25% off each pair when buying two pairs.

Love Rack Room Shoes! Just because of all the different selections to choose from. I love shoes in general, so of course I'm for Rack Room! They usually have descent sales, and have always been pleasant to myself, as a customer.

Always welcomed when you enter the store, everyone is friendly. Tons of help finding your size or they will order it. Love their deals.
