I called the Hudson Oaks store late in the afternoon last week on Sept 5th. I just recently bought a home with a pool and am a first-time pool owner so, naturally, I have a lot of questions and a lot more to learn about pool maintenance than I expected.

I spoke with Jesse H. on the phone and he initially realized I needed a chemical for my filtration system that I wasn't aware of. He not only took the time to explain that I was missing a necessary chemical, but also why it was necessary and how to prevent damage to the sytem until the issue was resolved.

I didn't get to the store until 5:45 pm and it closed at 6pm. It was inventory day and anyone that has ever worked retail and done inventory knows it's a long and exhausting day. Despite that, Jesse went above and beyond any reasonable expectations to assist me anyway. He didn't just go and grab the chemical and hurry me out the door because they were closing. He took the time to gather information about my pool, run a water test, and ask me questions to help me better understand how to maintain my pool. He never once acted rushed...not one huff, glance at the time, or show of impatience. He wrote down, step-by-step, everything that needed to be done, answered any and all questions I could possibly have, and made sure that when I left the store I had all the knowledge I needed to handle the daily and weekly maintenance of my pool. 45 minutes later, well after he should have been done for the day, he was gentlemen enough to carry all my chemicals out and load them up for me.

I truly hope Leslie's Pool Supply knows what an unusual and valuable employee/asset they have in Jesse. I will certainly be going back to this store to deal with him so that I can always be confident I'm getting the best quality and service. He knows his business and is more committed customer care than I have seen in a very long time from any retailer.

I had a question about switching the chemicals in a pool liner. So I called the Hudson Oaks location and talked to a gentleman named Aaron. He didn’t have the answers for me but took the time to call His manager and then another person who worked with Leslie for 10 years. So I gave Aaron my number and he called me back after about 10 mins when he got the answers. I am super impressed that he wanted to help and make sure I was educated in what I was doing. That is why i will continue to shop there.

Very helpful, informative and super friendly! That is what makes a successful business! Good job Aaron!!!!!

Being new pool owners we have relied heavily on Leslie’s in Hudson Oaks, TX! We could not be more pleased with the way we have been treated and the help provided by Jesse! He has gone above and beyond to help us get ready for summer. Often times it was very hectic in the store but this team has not forgotten that serving the customers comes first. We don’t care if the store is in perfect order as that can be done when the customers are gone! If you have pool needs please give them a chance!

There's not enough that I can say about Lance and his staff. They are all super friendly and Lance is very knowledgeable. Anytime we have issues with our pool, he always steers us in the right direction on getting it cleared up. I would highly recommend this store to anybody with a pool.

I am a new pool owner and have been in to this store what seems to be 100 times asking questions.
Lance has been a great help to me. He has done a great job guiding me along the way. The attitude of all the staff members has always been excellent every time I have been in store or on the phone.
I highly recommend visiting this location if you are in need of anything pool related.

We were looking for foam pool floats and the Weatherford location was out of stock. We called the HO location and they had two left. We asked if they could hold them until we got there. Not only did they hold them, but Aaron also helped us find a coupon that saved us another $40 on our purchase.

We've been going to this store for three years and can't say enough good things! Lance has been great, always willing and able to help with everything we need! He's our "go-to" guy!

The manager Kara is Amazing. She knows what she is doing and she has a bubbly personality. And the store is very organized. GREAT customer service. I'm very impressed
