It was clean and organized for it to be right before Christmas. The cashier was super friendly not only to me but to the customers that were in front of me. I've visited here many times and never had a bad experience.

I drove to this store from Cleveland TN because the Cleveland store refused to sell me a product that was is stock. The Cleveland store told me were holding it for someone. I called the Crossville store, spoke with someone that could confirm their quantity in stock, and went the same day to get the product I was refused at the Cleveland store. I appreciate the Crossville associates being nice, and helping me load my purchase.

Lots of nice sporting apparel, a very diverse choice of fishing poles as well as gun holsters. We enjoyed the experience of the clerk that helped us and we will be back.
