This place is scenic and spacious. Originally, I thought that there was no space, but this location is like a maze (in a library type of good way). This place has outdoor, indoor, bar, and other locations. There are water fountains and cool marble counters. The entire place seems like a museum.

Food: pricey but delicious. Worth it!

The service was great. They ask you to seat yourself, and immediately, someone came over to meet us. The location was huge, but they still paid lots of attention.

Atmosphere: iconic. Workers, meetings, groups, and personal lunches were all happening at once. Quiet in some areas and loud in other areas. Multiple views and seating that fit your pleasure.

Overall: great experience!!

The coffee is great. The vibe is great. We were able to seat ourselves with no wait. The music is great. We love the patio.

The greatest atmosphere within a coffee shop I’ve found so far in the valley. There is a wide variety of seating options, great coffee, and even a fountain to sit near in the shade outside. I cannot recommend this place enough.

A relaxing and easy restaurant to visit with friends. Lots of outdoor and indoor seating. They have misters for the warmer months, plus it is very shaded with trees and lots of umbrellas. The staff is super friendly and Tony is delightful and down to earth. Great place for weddings and special events too!

came here with my boyfriend and absolutely loved it!! i got the mediterranean omelette with orange juice and my boyfriend got the salmon avocado toast with a matcha latte. we both were super happy with our food! their salsa was delicious and tasted great on the omelette, as well as the breakfast potatoes! the absolute best part? THEY ARE NOT SHY W THE ADD ONS IN THE OMELETTE. i’ve been to so many breakfast places in scottsdale and it’s like 5 pieces of add ons in the entire omelette. the atmosphere is gorgeous, perfect for an event as they have a beautiful fountain and tons of greenery. our barista, savannah, was super welcoming, a pleasure to talk to, and very good at making drinks! i’m not a fan of matcha, but i will admit i was drinking my boyfriend’s latte and loved it. food was a little on the pricey side (around $60 including tip), but portions are large and STILL cheaper than other boutique places in old town, scottsdale. totally worth it, in my opinion. it’s not your typically noisy, long wait breakfast spot with average food in scottsdale. the quality of the food was great and tasted very fresh. i have nothing but good things to say about schmooze and will definitely be back and recommending to everyone!

Wonderful large patio! The patio is relatively shaded with large water features to keep things cool. If it gets too hot for you, there are intermittent misters and an outdoor AC unit. Still too hot? The inside has ample seating to enjoy your coffee.

Make sure to charge your devices if you plan to work from the patio! You can find outlets in the posts closest to the cafe and scattered throughout inside, but they’re a bit hard to find.

My Bestie and i ate and laughed and enjoyed our time together this morning so much I forgot to make a review. It was an awesome time. i'm grateful i went on. I would absolutely go back. any time ;)

Never saw the inside but outdoor seating was fantastic - reminded me of South Beach Miami. Unique way of ordering online and then delivers to your table. The spicy chicken was ok - good flavor but really dry. The Schmooze burger was delicious and the Cobb salad good and fresh. The fries were cool and nothing special. All said I wish there was a place like this near us - would be a go to place.

One of my favorite coffee spots in town. Love their outdoor seating. Perfect spot to come work for a bit. I have had their breakfast food, which were all great! You can download the app to order and you can also get points. This place also has the best drip coffeeeee! However, the only thing I don’t like about is that they have stopped using the actual mugs since pandemic started. :( Also, don’t get the cute designs on the coffee anymore.. once in a great while, they would put something on! There are two patios, front and back.

A beautiful and spacious cafe that functions well as a coworking space. The drinks were great, the salmon avocado toast was tasty, and so was the guacamole! Service is quick and easy with the QR codes on the table.

I am so glad that I got to find this place.. I was so surprised to see such a beautiful all green cafe here in Arizona. Undoubtedly the most coziest cafe in town. loved their food as well.. To start with Chicken Milanese , the chicken was crispy and flavourful and Argula salad was truly complementing the chicken.. 4222 bowl is perfect if you wanna have some thing filling but lite at stomach.. It comes with oven roasted chicken , quinoa, black beans and avocado.. Also ordered 2 iced teas which were ok , not great though. Overall loved the dine in experience and would love to come back soon.

Came in here for the brunch meet up. Had a latte and burrito. Both was a bit overpriced for the quality that's comparative found elsewhere. The back patio was nice and they even have a co working space in the back. The front area is crowded but won't get in a way to get to the counter to order. You can also order from the QR code found in the table once seated. That was a nice touch.

Or the sofas on the other side.
Of course there is also the rocking chairs in the patio.

Probably the best patio in Old Town Scottsdale to sit and have coffee and/or breakfast/lunch. Super relaxing, lots of great coffee & tea beverages plus, delicious food. Also, the patios (there is one in the back as well) are “dog friendly”. Lastly, don’t forget to look around the walls at all the cool artwork! Some are large, others all small but, cool too!

Great patio for weekend breakfast or lunch. We had the breaking bad burrito. Good. Would like the coffee in mugs, but likely a post COVID precaution. Seems like a great place to bring people in from out of town.

This is the best place for brunch/work/life/food/drinks/private events. I love schmooze. The food is amazing and the man, Chef Tony - is so personable. Beautiful patio worthy of your time.

First time in today, we were supposed to hit hash kitchen but they had a 1 hr wait .

The first thing you notice is a wonderful outdoor seating in a tastefully designed patio. The next thing to notice is the rich menu. Take advantage of their "at table on line" ordering for hassle-free fast service.

This is such a tranquil & delicious cafe! I ordered the Matcha Latte & Chicken Salad Sandwhich - both were amazing! My friend ordered a Almond Milk Mocha & Breakfast BLT & said she loved it! Atmosphere is so nice and peaceful, almost feels like a hidden gem in a bustling city. Can't wait to return!
