My wife and I both had a wonderful experience while getting 2 new phones. Heron our tech. that we had was very helpful answered all of our questions. He took his time with us, an we are seniors. We couldn't have asked for any better service. We have been patronizing this location for all of our cellphone needs. We have been in the valley sense 1989. We've been to other Verizon location and I wouldn't do business anywhere else.

After struggling for years to get added as a managing point of contact on my corporate account and being told by Verizon corporate that I couldn't get a second line on my iPhone 13 Pro, I was very frustrated. Verizon has a fantastic representative at the Murrieta store. Her name is Amani and she spent a good deal of time helping me with an issue. She was very professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. If I could give her 10 stars, I would.

Jason was really awesome, kind, and comfy with fast and easy process especially with my mom who is on the older side and doesn’t really understand a lot in upgrading my phone from an XS Max to an Iphone 15 Pro Max and helped my mom save a lot on her monthly bill with a lot of stuff she was missing out on. Honestly great service and Jason is really reliable, thank you again :)

Dropped in on 4/1/24 to replace an outdated phone. Amani and Jason helped me square up our plan, get a better phone and even helped set us up with new tech at an even better price point due to some of the recent promotions. At times when sales people begin "talking fast," I get skeptical as I find there is always a "catch." I didn't feel upsold or pressured by either associate. Jason and Amani were transparent and extremely helpful by crunching all the numbers so I was able to have a pleasant experience as a customer. This is the first time I have been to this store but I now know this is the ONLY Verizon store I will go to in the future. Thanks guys!!

I've recently worked with gentleman named Wyatt! Man! This guy was extremely super helpful with my situation and was able to answer all of my questions I had for him. He display great empathy, knowledge on verzion policies, and overall such helpful person. You need give this man a raise, ASAP! He's a asset that you can't afford to lose!

The experience that I receive in this store is first class. Every time I come in I get great support from the staff and will continue to recommend this store to anyone.

When I had an issue with my parents Verizon service, I brought them to the store and they took better care of my parents than they received in there own service.

Brandon and his employees make you feel comfortable and want to come back for more services. You have a customer for life.

I would like to let you know, how much help, I have received from the Murrieta Hot Springs Verizon store. The current team has been fabulous with customer service .My family and I have been with Verizon for over 20 years. John the store manager has been a great leader to the team! Garrett has been the main employee that has assisted me in the last two weeks. Garrett has broken all the steps down, with the technology, to where I can understand my phone and the technology, which is like a new language to me. Cody is awesome also! He has helped me in with in the last week. I played sports and am a nurse and totally understand teamwork. You have the best team in the store right now. all I can say is Troy went above and beyond in assisting my Grandma and I. Our initial visit to this location was to get a better understanding of what another associate at a Costco signed my grandma up for.
Troy was very patient, understanding and beyond willing to help. He answered every question, knew exactly what he was doing and made sure we walked out as happy customers. Our visit was seamles..I highly recommend him for any assistance you may need. Thank you Troy!!

I needed a new phone for my 83 year old father. Brandon was amazing......the extra mile he went for setting up the new phone was incredible.....you would have thought we were spending a lot of money. Quite the contrary....less than $40. I also appreciated him not attempting to sell to me. It was by far the best experience in a cell phone carrier store I have ever had. Being 60 yo myself I have lots of experience in that area. I would definitely recommend using this retailer!!

This location is the best Verizon store in the area. The corporate stores are a nightmare with reps that look like they hate their lives and literally roll their eyes when asked questions.

Troy has been one of the best customer service experiences I've had. My family is picky and pretty difficult to deal with. Troy is a saint, with infinite patience and has helped us greatly. He, Josh and Trinity were a blast to interact with during my most recent visit.

My only criticism? These reps deserve some chairs for their poor backs from carrying the entire company.

Went to this Verizon store recently and Alexis waited on us and answered all our questions! She assisted us in ordering upgraded iPhones and she was just awesome ! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Could not speak more highly of this store or the team there. I called them, they answered immediately and after getting the runaround by other Verizon locations, they stayed open late just to help me and my mom. They ordered exactly what we wanted when other places said they couldn’t and gave us a much better deal than the other locations. 5 Stars!

I went by myself to open my first account after getting off my parents phone bill and John was beyond helpful. I recommend anyone who needs help to go to this Verizon store for help. He goes over and beyond to help you by finding the best deals and plan for you. He is happy to answer any questions you have so don’t be afraid to ask!
