I had the most pleasant experience!!! CSchuster walked me thru what I would have to do to switch from Verizon with 4 lines. Then walked step by step thru all of it with me. Because my users were all over different citys and Apple and Andriod there were a couple of snags. Chris was there and walked them thru..easy fixes. (all Apple problems)

Kalyn was awesome! It was busy when I came into the store but she was able to help a customer and while they were working on something she came over to me and took care of me in less than 10 min. I appreciate your help yesterday!

Very helpful. I had a modern that needed to be returned and the customer service rep has told me I could probably return it at my local store since I didn't have a printer to print the return address label but that at the very least they would print the label for me. When I went in to the store they were VERY busy, but the rep I spoke to was very glad to help even though I wasn't doing anything that would earn him a commission. He quickly printed out the form and even taped it to the box for me. T-Mobile continues to make me glad to be a customer.

Came in to solve some billing/device issues that i have experienced since switching from Sprint to TMobile. The store was already full of people, but the wait did not take long which I was very pleased by. Anthony O. helped to assist me with my issues in a professional and timely manner. I will definitely be returning to this location, with confidence, in the future if I need help because I know I will be in good hands.

Great customer service. They acknowledge each customer that comes in even if they're helping another customer to let them know that they'll be with them momentarily.
Very knowledgeable about the products and they're not pushy on up-selling other items. T-mobile has changed the way they work with their customers.

We came in closer to closing time tonight. I have to say that I expected a different level of service, but I am happy to say that Ivan (the person who helped us) went above and beyond to answer all of our questions despite the fact that they were about to close. He was very helpful, polite, and efficient while signing up new service and assisting in the purchase of 2 new phones.

I have totally been meaning to write a review on behalf of my experience with Kurtis there a couple months ago. He was very accommodating when my phone stopped working. I needed a phone and couldn't wait for the two days to have a replacement shipped to me. I thought to just spend the money on a new phone. Instead, he offered to fulfill the replacement request but loaned me an extra phone a Samsung J3 star, from the back for the mean time. I always get great customer service from the store and the call centers. There's no problem ever. 12 years strong with T-Mobile.

I want T-Mobile to reward all the employees in this department today for doing my job in the shortest possible time.

Nestor and Monica are beyond awesome. They were willing to stay past closing to help us get a better deal that what we had with att. Even m though they got busy while getting us on a plan, they still were attentive to us and to other customers as well. Definitely my home store.

Today my husband and I went into the Folsom store and worked with Brad Glenn in getting a new phone Brad was pleasant and extremely helpful setting up our account and my phone. Sprint is lucky to have such an informative and customer oriented employee working for them. Request him when going to Folsom you won’t regret it.

This shop is excellent! Very patient and helpful, especially in Samsung's troubling times. David was fantastic, and is everything a sales person should be. Thanks for making coming back to T-Mobile a delight!

Went in there to simply to check out the store the phones and talk to a rep about there plans. The guy that helped me was super nice and straight forward and I didn't feel pushy or anything else. If I switch to T-Mobile I will come shop here.

Kurtis was exceptionally professional and precise when he calmly and thoroughly described my options for a new phone. I was left impressed by the talent T-Mobile is able to hire.

T-Mobile is the best I have encountered I have been in the old days Sprint PCS, Metro PCS, Metro by T-Mobile , Boost and now T-Mobile and if you think about it ok so metro is better because affiliated with T-Mobile why wouldn't you just go to T-MOBILE I am on a single line Magenta Max Plan and yeah it costs a little more but it actually doesn't because I have a ton of hot spot that would cost a fortune any where else and the mist important my phone data DOES NOT slow down I stream in HD and have not dropped a call or lost service once and at the slowest my phone data has been is faster than boost's fastest now the customer service is outstanding I believe his name was Ivan took his time to help me and get me signed up and all set up with what I needed awnsered all questions was a excellent representative bof the company and customer service

I worked with few folks and they all are very knowledgeable and very courteous! Best experience I have had in a phone store ever! Specially working with Brandon and Seth!
