DWS Designer Shoe Warehouse located at Stonecrest Mall in Lithonia, Ga offers so many varieties of shoes. Please go check them out. The more purchases the more the prices will continue to drop/ sales so we. An all benefit off the pie with leaving the pan empty.

Always nicely kept store. The staff is willing to look up the shoes on their system if the size is not on the floor. Great location and ample parking. Staff is friendly and accommodating.

I absolutely love this location. The customer service is outstanding. They did a wonderful job helping my son pick shoes for his homecoming dance. The staff is very nice and the store is very clean and well organized. And I love the selection of shoes.

I stopped in here to grab a pair of dress shoes for my teenage daughter. The store is huge and easily organized. The prices are good. I needed help finding a specific size and the sales lady offered to call another store to check for me.

I'm not in this area often but if I come back and I need shores, I'll definitely stop in.

The women that work here are so kind and helpful! They price matched shoes I found for sale at a different DSW and answered any question I had.

This place has the best deals and the most comfortable shoes. If you have naturally wide feet, this is the store for you. All of the shoes that I've purchased form here are comfortable and affordable. The discount section has more than enough of a selection for all sizes and the cashiers and attendants are helpful.

I loveeee shoe shopping online. It doesn't work as well when you are shopping for your amazing mother in law. So I stopped by a few stores in the plaza. Lastly DSW.

After a few botched attempts to find adequate running shoes for a real runner. The selection is great. The store is clean. Their secret sales weapon is a helpful young lady named Ebony. She never pointed to my request. She escorted me to find the perfect running shoes for my mother's birthday + tough mudder run next month. She sold me the most expensive shoes in the store. But I felt so good about her performance and her knowledge about each shoe's benefit other than style, of course.

She also signed me up for rewards and cash back. Not only did she sell me 2 $100 pairs of Nike Zooms. She made herself a happy client that has been back twice since.

My visit was quite refreshing, for the location and the vast lack of customer service in the area. DSW was certainly a delight. Keep up the good work guys!!!

The vibes in this store was very strong i loved every moment being there customer service deserves a raise with no explanation i felt so welcome here i recommend this place to anybody that loves to shop. This store is very professional if i can give this store an hundred star's i would..Just by saying "Thank You for shopping here" made me feel like a valuable shopper.

Nice store very clean inside had good selection of shoes but I ended up ordering from dsw online website they didn't have what I needed in store

What I love most is the large selection of size 11 women's shoes. It's always a plus when I'm shoe shopping. The staff was pleasant and very informative about the rewards club membership for shoe lovers!!!

DSW is in a good location. But I guess due to the pandemic no good heels. Where are the platform heels. Where's the steve madden? And other heels you use to have. The store looks different. Stock up DSW

Very knowledgeable staff, they have exquisite customer service skills. Location is safe. Establishment is well organized and clean. Checkout was a breeze.

DSW is a great place to shop. Since pandemic I do alot of online ordering, and their curbside pickup is on point. In store shopping has helpful sales reps. My little one started Summer Camp, which require closed toe shoes. Of course for summer crocks first choice. Stonecrest Location

No matter which location you go to the customer svc is awesome! Other stores could learn from them. The shoes I bought really hurt my feet and they said it can be returned even after wearing them. That was fantastic!!
And of course the shoes selections are great!!

I had a bad experience with the Store Manager (ONI)... called the DM... HE was all that and very professional, considerate, and trust worthy. If you have any problems... call the DM!

The lady who helped me out was so nice and knowledgeable not to mention my shoes👠 were so comfortable.
