Always a good alt to morning coffee... def more nutrient-stacked, 'fuel food' & 'better bang for my buck'.

Staff are friendly, knowledgeable & usually quick getting Smoothies &/or food out, even while preparing DoorDash & Call-in orders.

Close parking sucks bc ppl going to #MetroCafe for breakfast take spots meant for other businesses, but I burn more cals by walking further, anyway.

2023-08-26: I got the Acai Berry Boost smoothie and a three cheese chicken Quesadilla. Both were very good. Google Maps will take you around in circles and still won't get you there.

Avery was great, helpful and patient when i tried to analyze and order my acai bowl. Yummy!! Staff are always great!! Exceptional service

Tried many things on menu everything is awesome.The employees here are so nice and such hard workers.I could eat lunch here daily and I do!

Stopped here today for the first time and the place was amazingly clean. The manager was mopping and the counters were wiped down every time someone grabbed an order. It was busy when we got in but it only took about 10-15 minutes for our order to be done. The staff was also very nice to us. When they made the smoothies we could tell the fruit was fresh. My only complaints would be that I got the Beach Bum but I couldn't really taste the white chocolate in it as much as I would like, and that my smoothie was only slightly watered down but it was still very tasty. The prices were great as well.

This is a great location. I come by when I am in town about once a week and the employees are so friendly and the smoothies are always made well. Thank you!!!!!

Clean, quick and well managed. Love this place. Go almost everyday for lunch and regardless of the line size I get in and out pretty quickly. Assistant manager is usually on duty when I come in. I've watched him handle large rushes and train his employees. He appears to do an excellent job. Not a big review guy but here in palm coast MOST establishments are filthy and customer service is a dead art. So round of applause for anyone who can do it right.

Ordered curbside delivery today and the three employees I see working were doing a great job all wearing masks and my order was ready perfect timing and man that put my order in the cubby was very kind even though he and the others were very busy. Thanks to all tropical smoothie employees for being here for us! Keep up the good work.

This is one of the best tropical smoothie Café’s that I have ever been to. Wonderful, and helpful staff. Clean place

I've been a near daily customer of this location since before the pandemic started. Even through the COVID, once they opened back up for business I began trying to show my support for this location by being a loyal customer. For the vast majority of this time, things went without issue and I have been very satisfied. Great smoothies, clean location, kind staff. Especially Mac. The few times I have had issue in the past, they have been swift to offer an equitable solution to my problem.

Over the past couple of weeks, something has changed in this location and it has taken a swift nosedive. I have ordered through their app multiple times and the results have been....poor to say the least.

-Wrong smoothie(s) made for pickup
-Wrong food delivered
-MULTIPLE Incomplete orders delivered.
I ordered a thai chicken salad, which came without dressing and the wrong smoothie.
I placed an order today for two smoothies and a flatbread. I got one smoothie and a chicken bacon ranch flatbread when I ordered a peanut butter ,banana and granola one. How do you even MAKE that mistake?

When confronted about these repeated issues, the store has told me they have no interest in refunding my order or correcting the issue. That they do not hold accountability for delivered orders and that is on DoorDash. Regardless that the orders have been made through the TROPICAL SMOOTHIE phone app and that DoorDash does not have my payment information, Tropical Smoothie does, they don't care and refuse to issue refunds or even offer replacements/attempt to make these issues correct.

I will be speaking with management to come to a suitable resolution.

Updating this to a 5 star review after speaking with the Store Manager, Chris, who was exceptionally kind and helpful in bringing this situation to a happy ending. I am very pleased with the resolution he provided and will happily continue to patronize this location.

Super clean. Staff was super cheerful, helpful and had smiles for everyone! Fruit was fresh, atmosphere very welcoming. Blueberry Bliss smoothie was delicious!

Tropical Smoothie has great healthy food and their Island Green Tropical Smoothie is the best. The employees are very nice and courteous. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. One last thing, please download thier app to get some discounts.

Food is great and so happy they have vegan chicken. Only place in town I know that offers it. What I can't get over is the fact that they charge to substitute vegan chicken for regular chicken. There should only be a charge to add it to an item that doesn't already come with a protein. This is probably a dumb corporate rule which is why I still gave 5 stars.

Fantastic food and fantastic service. I have been there several times and have been satisfied every single visit. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of food and smoothies that you get. I would recoment this to everyone. Make sure you download the app so you get free rewards.

Cool establishment. I was assisted by a young man named Will. He was professional, personable and a wealth of knowledge. Tropic Smoothie should be proud to have quality employees of this stature. Plus great healthy food!

This crew is so worried about online orders that they ignore they're customer's. Ordered a smoothie. Waited ten minutes. They lost the order. Than had no clue what we got.
A bunch of snowflakes more concerned with FB and Twitter accounts. Poor customer service to say the least.

Brand new, excellent service. Great wify. Love the tables and spaces to sit, eat and drink the smoothies. Also love the high table. Fresh food, I like the chicken al pesto wrap. Excellent. :)
