Rarely do I leave a retail apparel store so impressed by the exceptional customer service that I feel compelled to write a review the moment I step into my house. However, today is that day! I recently had the "Red Carpet" experience at Akira in KOP Mall and am eager to share my fantastic encounter with the store manager.

From the moment I entered the store, the atmosphere exuded warmth and welcome. The manager, Cally, went above and beyond to ensure my shopping experience was nothing short of exceptional. Her friendly demeanor and genuine interest in assisting customers were immediately apparent.

Cally possesses an in-depth knowledge of the products and demonstrated a remarkable ability to understand and address my specific needs. She took the time to listen attentively, providing insightful recommendations and valuable information about the merchandise.

The price points and quality at Akira are amazing, but what truly set this experience apart was Cally's dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction. She displayed outstanding problem-solving skills when encountering a minor bag/packing issue during my checkout. A couple weeks back, Whitney and Myesha truly went above and beyond to make my visit to Akira a memorable one. Their diligent efforts were evident from the moment I walked in, as they worked tirelessly to ensure a swift and pleasant experience. Toni was fantastic!! I usually don’t shop at this store, but Toni was able to help me find looks for my upcoming vacation. She checked in on me multiple times and continued to help me pick items without being too pushy. I will definitely be back to shop with Toni as she is one of the best sales advisors i’ve come across in this mall! 🫶

I love this store ! I always shop at the one in Chicago or online. Didn’t know they had one in KOP ! When I walked in I was automatically greeted by the young lady by the door! Immediately she asked me did I need help with anything, I let her know what it was I was looking for she called a young lady name Toni ( sorry if I spelled it wrong ) to the front to help me and when I say she was phenomenal I mean it !! She walked around the entire store with me helping me pick multiple outfits to try on even down to shoes and accessories!! When I went in the dressing room it didn’t stop there she went above and beyond with helping me !! Felt like I was shopping with a friend lol. I was determined to leave with something and that’s exactly what happened! The manager was sooo nice ! Young ladies at the register was amazing & fast!!!!! I’ll most definitely be returning and I’m pleased to let Toni style me every time !!

Went here on 10/29/22 and 10/31/22. Both times staff were wonderful, attentive, respectful, and store was organized. I really wish the prices in the store and online were the same because I would be shopping here monthly. Unfortunately it’s cheaper to buy most things online. Other than that, which is 100% not the stores fault everything was great

Today I had Fatii (I’m sorry if I spelled that wrong) help me and my friend out to find outfits for a concert we’re going to next week. A little back story is I lost 40 pounds and wanted to see if I could find some cute clothes. She helped us from the second we walked into the store from the second we left. She was so amazing and kind and genuinely made me feel beautiful in the clothes that she was bringing to me. We were there for 2 hours and she just was so attentive the whole time and made me feel so confident. The experience I had the first time going there is an experience I’ve never had before. I will never forget Fatii ever. She deserves a RAISE!!!!! She knows exactly what she’s doing and I will definitely be coming back every time just to see her! I’ve never become so close with an associate before and it felt like I was shopping with my best friend! Big thanks to her for her for making my first experience the best experience I’ve ever had in a store. I will 100% come back every time I visit kop!

I never realized that this store was not just online. Very distinct and unique designs and styles. Definitely visit here if you're looking for something to wear that you won't see on anybody else!

So happy they finally open up a store. Been shopping since they first started their online business. If you like unique styles, then this is the place. Workers are amazing

Cute place but kinda expensive

I like the purchase that was made from AKIRA, however I accidentally ordered the same shoe twice in black, I wanted a red one, it was my fault. The only issue I have with AKIRA is that they can’t modify the order or I couldn’t return because it was final sale.

Don’t really go to KOP anymore but randomly stopped by one day & needed a dress & Akira was new, so I figured why not. The store is spacious, filled with variety of beautiful dresses & the customer service is amazing!
