AT&T Store

I entered the perimeter center location in hopes that they would be able to help me fix my phone that just shut off and wouldn't come back on. I was greeted immediately by Jarvis and he let me know someone would be with me right away. Immediately after I was greeted and assisted by Briones. He was very knowledgeable of the products and helped me purchase my new phone. I would definitely recommend the Perimeter Center location. Jarvis and Briones showed great customer service.

Anthony was a huge help! Due to a weird combination of events, my wife and I were unable to activate our new phones. After contacting AT&T's corporate help team and visiting another store, we still didn't have connectivity.

Anthony immediately identified the issue and fixed our phones. We were expecting to spend an hour or two at the store, but we were in and out in less than 15 minutes! So glad to have our phones back in working order!

Nick was very friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciated the great customer service that provided, as it seems to be a lost art these days. We need more people like Nick in the world.

Needed to get a new SIM card but with my old number (I’d lost my card overseas). The AT&T portal/app was giving me a lot of trouble. When I came to this store, Nick immediately knew how to help me and got me set up with everything I needed. He was also very cordial and friendly.

We needed to upgrade a phone. We were met by a sales rep, Nick as soon as we entered the store. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He addressed all of our questions, helped with a new phone and accessories and was able to make a few changes to our monthly bill that saved us approx $30/mo. Excellent overall experience.

I went to this ATT store On central parkway in Dunwoody and was pleasantly surprised. The service was Good, fast service. There was no wait and the gentleman assisting me was very helpful. All in all a pretty good experience considering it’s ATT!!!

Cameron at the AT&T store did a fantastic job helping my husband and I tonight. I had very complicated issues with my phone and phone plan. He ran the numbers multiple times and gave us trustworthy advice about what would be the most cost effective and timely solution. He was patient, knowledgeable, professional, and helpful! I recommend him to help you with your needs!

Briones!!! If you ever need help with your account, returning phones, getting Fiber, come here and ask for Briones! ATT Corporate customer service did not help me in three days, came here and was helped. He was patient, funny and deserves a raise!

We had the best experience at At&t today, all employees were very friendly but specifically Kevin, he was able to help us with our service plans and was very detailed in explaining things to us.

I went into look at one of the new Apple watches because I understood it came with a ton of health, features like heart monitoring, etc. The salesman whose name was Josh was immeasurably and unbelievably helpful to me. I don’t do technology and he spent a lot of time setting my watch up so I could access everything easily, and answered every question I had promptly and very politely. I will have no hesitations going back to his store if I have issues!! 5 five* customer service rep.

Khyri Taylor took an inordinate amount of her time to help us with upgrading phones, changing biz phone to personal and explaining ATTFiber. She was incredibly patient and really cared that we had top notch service. She did not rush us at all and her primary concern from the start was providing great customer service. Please acknowledge her in some way!! Maybe a raise!!

I had an awesome experience. I upgraded from a Samsung S10E to an S23. Also, your sales representative solved my email problem that had recently been hacked. She was very helpful.

After 4 long months without FT capabilities. I went to this location after work and was greeted by a nice staff. Don ultimately was the one who came over to help. He was knowledgeable, attentive and patient. Finally I got my iPhone services running how they are supposed to be.

Briones really helped me out today. This man is saving face for the customer service of AT&T.

I went to this store to get my screen protector replaced. The product I purchased originally has a
free lifetime warranty replacement and the gentleman was very kind and took every effort to find the item in the store. Apparently they had close to zero inventory on this item and the gentleman seemed to go out of his way to help me. Also, he was a very likable person and seemed to like enjoy his job. I even went so far as to mention to him this was better than an online purchase where you don’t get to interact with another human being and he agreed.
