I've been a T-Mobile customer for 20 years and I came in the store on today's rainy morning with problems and a bag of three outdated iPhones. Lindsey & Tee hooked me up and never once talked down or over me. I never thought I'd be so happy having people help me spend my money!

I went in for a new iPhone and it was quite busy with just one person working the area. At first I was worried I would be lost in the masses and wouldn't be seen for a while. However Gabby was wonderful, she was handling everyone's needs flawlessly and made sure my needs were tended to.

I would definitely recommend this store, especially when Gabby is there, as she is super friendly, very knowledgeable, and very patient. 5 stars across the board.

When I wanted to the store I knew I was going to have exceptional customer service. I was visiting in the area and I drop and broke my phone. Hilton Head team was able to put me into a new phone with a bundle of accessories in less than an hour tops. And I want to thank her and her team for giving me great customer service.

Lindsey, the manager at this store, is truly an asset to your company. She is very knowledgeable, very polite, gets things done in an orderly quick fashion. She is perfect for the job and she helps out and goes above and beyond what she needs to even do to help her customers. She's a keeper with maybe a raise for her in there somwwhere in the near future 😉🤗🤑

Absolutely love working with this team. The young lady who helped me (Gaby, I believe) was incredibly knowledgeable and answered all my questions with a great attitude. Definitely a good experience, which I can’t say the same about with another carrier. Good job team!

Gaby was awesome! stayed after hours on a Friday to make sure I was set and happy. Even walked out with a free Samsung. Customer service was being difficult and Gaby was very patient and persistent in solving my problem by calling until we got an expert to help out. lengthy process but very worth. The staff was so patient and helpful. Is a guided us through the process of selecting a plan and a phone that fit our budget. The amount of work that's connected to setting up a new plan is mind boggling. I've always had T-Mobile for the last 24 years, and I've always been happy and the staff reassured me of why I should stay with them.

This store is extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure our questions and concerns were addressed. 5 stars doesn't adequately summarize our experience. It was truly a relief to finally get some help. We were very empathetic as to the shortages in inventory and were very happy with the solutions offered by the team here. All my questions were answered and my information was preserved.

We misplaced our phone and Gaby took the extra initiative to try to locate to device via google. Unfortunately we could not locate the location history and Gaby sold us a new phone that is more than adequate for my needs. I am very happy with the service I received at this store. It was empty so we were in and out within 15 minutes with all of my contacts and pictures restored. thanks again

Ashley the manager and Octavio were the best this week! Ashley impressed me with the amount of time she gave me and helped me with my old phone and got me into a new phone. Her and Octavio also helped me with getting a repair service to help get anymore info off of my old phone. This was an awesome experience and they were so helpful........other T-mobile stores have disappointed me in the past. I feel so relieved to know this is my local back up team. Great job!

My husband and I had a special offer to switch from Sprint to T-Mobile and Gaby was great with the switch but there was an issue with billing. So, she tried to get the correct billing by calling T-Mobile support and talking to a supervisor. Well that went poorly and the supervisor was not helpful with the information but also rude and hung up on her. My husband did call support to find out that there was a miscommunication and they corrected it and apologized. We were very happy with going to that store and the interaction with Gaby was professional in the way she tried to fix our billing issue, which she was correct in the first place.

My mom and I cannot say enough good things about Daniel! He helped us so much and brought us at ease while going through a rough transition personally and made everything with our phone situation a smooth transition. If you need help, ask for daniel. Tmobile is lucky to have such a pleasant, attentive, and patient employee. Give this guy a raise!!
