The Passion Cafe

I’ve seen this cafe on instagram and had to try it. I had the Salmon philly and my husband had the steak philly. It was delicious, seasoned to perfection in every bite . The fries were cajun , ranch .and sweet heat , I’ve never had any fries like them . The salmon and the steak was seasoned well and cooked to perfection for a sandwich. I could have had a bit more cheese on mine. The nana pudding was 8/10 . It is located in the back of a convenience store with seating for about 8 people if you decide to eat there. I give this food a 9/10 on the flavor scale and presentation of food. It is a true mom & pop spot . I highly recommend and will be back on Thursday or Friday for the Turkey Legs.

When I first found out this place was located in the back of a convenience store, I was giving the side eye. My sister said they had really good food, so I was willing to check them out. I had the Salmon Philly and seasoned fries. It was absolutely delicious! I came with a group, so we sampled each other's food. The wangz were the bomb and so was the catfish! I didn't get to sample the turkey leg, but I saw it was falling off the bone so I know it was good! The staff was very friendly. I will definitely be back again!

We originally went on a Tuesday, we didn't realize that the players platter and turkey legs are Thursday & Friday only. So we went back Thursday,, FYI, get there early!! They were sold out by 1pm. We ended up getting a burger and catfish. 10/10 on both of these. The fries had great seasonings just over cooked. We paid for the Nana pudding, but they were sold out and they gave us the option to get one the next day. So glad we did, I'm not much on banana puddings but OMG 20/10 best ever!! So don't leave without trying it!! We will definitely be back to try the other stuff!! Wait is definitely worth it!!😋

I stopped by after seeing a Tik Tok post. I arrived a bit late & at first was disappointed they were out of what I wanted, but subbed for fried catfish and seafood dressing. Hands down the BEST catfish & dressing. So good! Was not disappointed & will definitely go back! The banana pudding was also delicious!

The first Saturday if August 2022 my guy brought me here. This was his 3rd day in a row to come eat here. We got got brunch, which we ate there. I got the strawberry (picture) and he got the honey butter croffle. Both were AMAZING!! We got a few things to go for dinner that evening. The catfish (picture) I did not try since I am not a fan of catfish and the seafood Mac and cheese turkey leg (picture). That was so good! The Mac and cheese did have a kick to it. Overall, both my guy and I are extremely impressed with this place. We are excited to see the moves this place makes.

This food is so delicious! I live in Dallas TX and after visiting Houston I have been trying to find a local place that can replicate The Turkey Leg Hut and let me just say… The Passion Cafe has far exceeded my expectations and now dream about this food.
I will say my boyfriend and I drove around looking for the location after my GPS said we arrived, for some time. The Passion Cafe is located inside a convenient store. Don’t miss it!! I do look forward to the day they have there own venue. Until then, I’ll be visiting The Passion Cafe regularly.
My boyfriend and I both ordered the Shrimp & Catfish over Cajun rice and cream sauce. If you’re looking for something specific, try and get there early; once they run out of food for the day they will close despite there operating hours.

This spot is definitely a diamond in the rough unsuspectingly nestled in the back of Amigos C-Store. Beware, if you’re looking for ambiance this ain’t it. However, if you’re looking for good quality/quantity food and great customer service this is the place to be! I’ve had several items on the menu, but my favorites are the Salmon Philly & Seafood Dressing. Chef Mani and his staff are definitely serving tasty food with a smile that’s clearly made with lots of passion.

My husband and I have been hearing about this place for a while we drove from Fort Worth to Grand Prairie to see what the hype was about.

Now Babeeeee, I can honestly say the food was absolutely delicious 😋

We ordered the Salmon Philly & wings and the regular Philly & wings. Those wings was on point, cooked just the way we like them (extra crispy). The Phillies was seasoned & tasty.
And the sauce they put all over those fries was dangerous.

Well my husband and I were scrolling through social media and he brought to my attention the food he always sees on his page… so we headed out to Grand Prairie to peep the scenery, we order the fried fish and shrimp … the food was bussin it was a little spicy for the kids but A1 for me ! We gave it a 4 only because I think some kind of toast or roll would of did it for me ! Great place

I've been waiting to get to the Turkey legs and I finally got one today. I ordered the seafood dressing leg and it is so good!! I definitely need to try the different flavors.

10/10 !! The food is amazing , first time trying this place out and I will definitely be back. I had the Phillycheese steak , wangz and fries.

This man been talking bout the salmon cheesesteak for a week, we finally got it again today and he actin different, just watch the video lmao…

So a friend of mine sent me a tik tok of this place so I decided to go today. I ordered the salmon Philly and the Cajun ranch fries. The fries were okay nothing special but the passion style salmon Philly was absolutely magical. I don’t live anywhere near this place but I will be back. FYI it does take a long time to get your order, but nothing sits out and they do their best to get you served as fast as they can.

Man it was worth the 45 minute wait. Orders are made then. Nothing pre cooked. Everything we had was delicious and have already recommended friends to go.

Blacked owned business. @thepassioncafe y'all go check em out. It's located inside a store called Amigos C Store. One stop shop. I got The Bounce Back Breakfast Sandwich (your choice of chicken, sausage, or bacon) I got chicken and cheesy eggs on a toasted brioche bun. Only ran me 6 bucks and some change. Can't beat it. Next time I come back I'm going to try their praline waffles.

I got the burger and Cajun ranch fries and it was amazinggggg super big portions. Everything is cooked to order and very much worth the wait. Plus the chef is fine lol I’ll be visiting every time I’m in Grand Prairie. Support BOB

The food is really smacking good and delicious, very flavorful. The best plates are the players plate and seafood stuffed turkeylegs. The passion sauce is of the hook. Will be a regular spot for eating.

Very good food and great service. Wait time wasn't that long but I made it there right before the lunch rush. Can't wait to go back for more. The video I have posted is of the players passion. It's about $20. And served on Thursday and Fridays only.

Almost like as if she didn't want to be there Chantelle i think her name was I was trying to get like I think it's like a cheese sauce or passion sauce or something like that but since it was my first time there and I really didn't know what it was she just gave me whatever not really explaining the difference between the 2 different sauces but besides all that the food was good tho but if you call your place passion Cafe just make sure the people are passionate about what they are doing as well and I will say again the food was good tho
