A few weeks back, there were two gentlemen who noticed I was pregnant and trying to lift a heavy box to send out. They ran out telling me not to grab it and took it in for me! I was so impressed it made my day! I wish I would’ve got their names. Thank you for great service, it’s hard to find these days!

Impeccable customer service I received from the manager who notarized a document for me. He was working alone and inspite of how busy he was, he made the time to acknowledge each customer that came in. He was multi-tasking making all efforts to minimize each customer's wait time. Truly a diligent worker

The young man who runs this UPS Store and the entire staff are always friendly, professional and just plain good people. Always a pleasure coming into this UPS Store.

Dropping off items is so convenient and extremely easy. No matter the staff, I've encountered four to five different people and they've all been amazing and happy to help!

Customer service at the Washington location that I frequent, store 3960, is excellent. Any delays or issues I have ever encountered while visiting the store, which are few, have always been a result of disgruntled, impatient, or unprepared customers. I should note that the staff handles those same childlike customers with patience and professionalism. I only go to this location now.

They seemlessly handled around 5 or 6 customers the few minutes I was there. Everyone was in and out and the associates were very helpful and fast.

I’ve been meaning to do this review for months now because I have experienced nothing but goodness each and every time I come into this location I have been to other locations and none of them can touch the customer service that this UPS STORE has. First of all it starts with the management, Tano knows everybody by name he’s very helpful friendly and professional. He will bring your items out to your car or bring them from your car if he sees you need help. I mean he goes above and beyond. I cannot get this service at any other UPS STORE believe I’ve been to others and come right back here. In fact, that was the reason why I opened up a PO Box there I can pull up come in and he already would have my packages ready for me to pickup and sign. Anything you need even recommendations for restaurants in the neighborhood places to get your nails done, etc. Tano got you. In fact that’s his saying “ I got you” I will not go anywhere else because of this young man and his team. He should own the store by now, he has earned it. This team is always pleasant they greet you when you come in, and very sufficient. courteous and always willing to help get the job done,

They are always friendly and make conversation with me when I come in. Always quickly move the line if there is one and are happy to help me when I have questions. They are my go-to!

Tano is simply the best. He always goes above and beyond! The business is great as well but the manager is fantastic!! He gets 1000 thumbs up and stars. I have a mail box for my business. But live over 100 miles. But still use this store because the service is that good.

Tano has provided the BEST customer service ever! From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a friendly smile and a warm "Good morning!"
I had to mail out a brakeable plaque but was not yet ready for shipping. He offered to pack the plaque for me and did a wonderful job using a used box. This saved me additional money for packaging materials. He packed the plaque with care and did a wonderful job!

Tano, the manager, was extremely helpful in getting my package sent. He went above and beyond in customer service. I was waiting outside the door with a package a little before 8am and he was kind enough to open a little early so I could take care of my business before going to a doctor appointment I had scheduled. He provided me the best deal for shipping and ensured I had the ability to track the package via email and internet with a tracking number. Close to where I live, the UPS Store is a great place for your shipping needs. Efficient and quick. No long lines and excellent customer service.

First time using pirate ship. I go to drop my packages off at the UPS store and of course I mess up….something is wrong with my printer at home…But thank goodness the manager at the store Tano was there to assist me. He walked me through how to send him the label he reprinted them for me. Told me I need ink in my printer (go figure). He retaped my horrible packaging gave me my receipts. Tano really made my experience such a good one. He goes above and beyond for all his customers. Not just me. There were 2 other people ahead of me, he had them in and out. He’s great at multitasking too. He’s the best. I will always be coming back to this store!!!

The location is very convenient to me and customer service was great.

Went in this store yesterday to send some items back home. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable and had everything I needed to pack and send these items. The manager, Tano, helped wrap some of the fragile items in such a way that even if the box happened to be dropped, I was satisfied that the items would be safe. I was in and out quicker then I expected. This is one of the cleanest stores and really has a lot to offer. I will be using this store for all my shipping needs. The staff and store is amazing. I highly recommend this location.

Have been going to this location for almost 3 years. The staff is always so helpful and knowledgeable. It is always a really pleasant experience. All the staff is great!!! The one person the helps me most of the time that goes above and beyond is Tano!! It's my understanding that he is the store manager and he sure does a great job because it shows on the other staff as well, everyone seems so happy! This isn't even the closest location to me I travel to go there!
