They are very generous and well priced. The owner has been so patient with my daughter in teaching felting techniques. I recommend the store if you're interested in yarn or felting.

Alesia and everyone at the mill has been phenomenal to work with the past two years. I started raising sheep and had no idea how to process fiber. Alesia has taken the time to teach us and we have seen the benefits. I can't even begin to express my appreciation for all they do

They've had my fiber for more the 3 yrs. Still not done, no one answers the phone or returns text or message. At the chance some one does, I get excuses and no return call. They have lied saying my fleece will be done by the end of the week more then once. One lie after another and excuses as well.Very disappointing.

They took my fleece and never provided a product. Many, many excuses. I filed a BBB complaint but nothing was resolved. I was willing to work with delays, etc. but flat out not providing my yarn is unacceptable.

It’s been at least 2 years for 5 or 6 coopworth fleeces to be spun into knitting wool fiber. I have called 3 times , many months apart , twice was told she would check to see where I was in the que…no return call ..I called last week left VM , no return call yet.
Honestly , frustrated . I have 4 more fleeces from Last spring sitting here . Was hoping to take it to the mill … guess not. Next may be asking if she even has my fleeces any more .
At least call me please….

In 2019, took 8 months to do 6 fleeces. The quality was good, so I thought I'd try again. In 2020, it took more than a year, a BBB complaint, and finally the preparation of a lawsuit to even get a response. These folks just flat out lied about almost every aspect of our transaction, including backdating an invoice and thinking no one would notice. Never again.

Took my fleeces and never heard from them again.
