Matt was awesome today! He ran diagnostics on my hard drive and then had to tell me that it was bad. He shared that it could maybe fixed but it was going to be very costly. He then helped me with understanding my Microsoft account one drive account and how that works. Come to find out I set up 2 accounts accidentally! He did all of this for me and would not take any payment. some other important information quick tips that I had no idea about. here I went to another computer repair shop called quick connect and they immediately wanted to charge me $150 to even look at my computer not even offer any suggestions or just sell me a new laptop! QTEQ even offered to recycle all my equipment for me. I truly appreciated this. Thank you again QTEQ!

Being new to Lincoln, I had no idea where to go when my computer did an upgrade and left it unusable. I make my living with it and work on tight deadlines, so being without it for very long would have been a real problem. I took it in one afternoon and they had it back to me in perfect working order the next morning, and at a very reasonable cost. They are the best!!!

Came here a few years back when I was going to get my computer fix up due to hardware failure. Instead there was nothing wrong because my hardware was fine. Man gave me a full clean up for free and then told me all is good plus sold me a good keyboard for 25 dollars that i still use to this day. 100% must come and also reliable service if you ever need a computer fix.

If you want quick repair, done right, by honest people this is the place to go. They will do right by you!
