AT&T Store

I just LOVE our AT&T store! The help is so friendly and knowledgeable! We have been with AT&T since 2016 and have been completely satisfied with their service and products! Any issues are immediately resolved and they have many specials that they can tell you about. Thank you Jeremy! You rock!

Tisha was wonderful! We were with an older friend of ours who had a lot of questions about setting up her new phone. Tisha was very patient and considerate. A tremendous asset to your store!!

Shantashia is a GREAT rep. She was friendly, efficient, and relatable. She answered all the questions we had and thoroughly explained everything. When we walked in, no one else acknowledged us, but Shantashia greeted us with a smile and assisted us immediately. Always ask for her!!

The store manager Jeremy was absolutely wonderful. Helped us through every issue we had with getting new phones and transferring everything. He is top notch.

My customer service experience at this store has been most excellent with two different employees. Kody, in particular, was most helpful and his knowledge and experience enabled him to solve a problem with the data transfer to my new phone that had me stumped.

Vadol and Remy were extremely patient in helping us trade in and transfer data to two new phones. They were quick, professional, and made sure no photos were lost in the process. Vadol not only took the time to answer all my wife's questions about data transfer -- he saw she was getting a bad deal on a plan, and helped us find a cheaper one that also gives her more data. If you have any phone needs, be sure to stop here first.

Sales representative, Vidoll, was incredibly helpful. I'm older and technology can be challenging for me. I came to transfer from longtime service provider to AT&T and set up a new phone. Vidoll was patient, explained the process to transfer service providers and quickly transferred phone data to the new phone. I added a line for an Apple Watch and Vidoll paired the watch with the new phone—easy-peasy! Excellent experience--10 stars for customer service and another 10 stars for in store accessories.

Shantee is the sweetest person ever. I went in there & she was so kind, kept a smile on her face, made me laugh and was very helpful. 10/10 would recommend this place

Recently switched to AT&T. Was greeted immediately by friendly staff. Jeremy assisted me throughout the whole process and made the switch very easy. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions that i had while ensuring that it was understandable to me. 10/10 would recommend working with him.

There's this fat guy in there I'm not sure if he is still there he took my phone and wouldn't give it back a while back
