Donovan and David made purchasing my iPhone14 a pleasant experience. I feel that I (and my husband who was not with me today) will be met with kindness and excellent service when we need it.

Riley and David are top notch employees! Their customer service skills and personality shine. Although, our process was long they handled everything great. We drove 40 miles because we wanted to deal with David and then we were introduced to Riley who mainly took care of us.They both make a great team. Would make the drive every time for this customer service!

I had an absolutely amazing experience at this store. Donovan was the worker there. And he went above and beyond to help me with my broken phone. I was so terrified of losing all my pics and videos of my new baby girl, when I had to get a new phone since my old one broke. Donovan assured me everything would transfer, and sure enough, he was right! He transferred everything over to my new phone and set everything up for me. He even put all the different covers and screen protectors on it for me, without me even having to ask! He made everything so easy and stress free for me. I cannot thank him enough for helping and making sure I didn't lose any of my precious pics or videos of my baby. Donovan needs a raise!! :)

Kaycee was extremely helpful! Was attentive to every need and every question. I drove from Marion to this store to purchase my new phone. Highly recommend this location and Kaycee. Truly. My husband was impressed, and will definitely be purchasing his phone at this location as well. Good customer service is so hard to find!

This is the third time I have gotten great customer service and technical support at this store. Tabitha has worked to fix my storage issues that I caused by taking 2000 plus pictures and not moving them soon enough. She and Jon made great suggestions and did not try to over sell me on the fix. She was patient helping backup my pictures. Patience is a rare thing these days but she has it. Jon ,the manager , had great technical skills to also help with the storage issue. A $26.00 SD was a cheap fix. Thanks Les

Every time I go to the store the customer representatives are just wonderful. Little things that I go in for they do not make you feel belittled they jump Right in get the problem solved and then asked me if there's anything else they can do for me. Most of the time when I go in I talked to Brian but this last time he wasn't there. But the customer service rep that I did have was very nice and pleasant to deal with.

Natosha is amazing! She was so friendly and helpful. Typically go to the corporate store in Mansfield but after a recent bad experience my mom had there we decided to give the Bucyrus store a shot. So glad we did! Outstanding customer service!

Sales rep and Asst. Manager Dillon gave me exceptional service, explained everything in detail and understood my needs in a phone. There was no pressure to buy a more expensive device. We will continue to shop here!

I absolutely loved it, the one in bucyrus, I even got to see 1 of my favorite staff member brian. He was so patient, very professional,he knew his job by heart. My mom needed a new phone and he went above and beyond to help us out on that. The Verizon store is Damn lucky to have brian as 1 of their staff members.its a beautiful and very clean store.i loved respectfully picking his brain about my mom's phone and had lots of fun doing it. I could tell he enjoyed my company and business by how very patient and very professional he was. And he was also a great multi-tasker by how effeciantly he took care of my mom and I and the other people who waited their turn. It's a real shame we lost our store in galion. Brian was even happy to help me get my updates done on my phone while helping my mom get her a new phone done and I was very happy.

Bryan was THE BEST. I always dread going into make a switch but he made it so easy and I left with a bag full of accessories for absolutely free!! I 100% recommended him!

Super helpful and nice. Completely set up the new phone made sure everything worked. Was in and out in less than 45 minutes. No taking names and waiting forever.
