Ming’s Cafe Glenwood Springs

A great Asian food place! What a surprise for us to stumble upon this place in Glenwood Springs! We ordered Kung Pao Chicken and Pho Chicken and we were impressed! We are usually hesitant to order Pho or Ramen in places that are not Vietnamese or Japanese but the taste of Pho here is awesome! We heard the broth was cooked over 2 days. There was a sushi counter and beautiful rolls were made. We will be back and we have lots of other items to try.

Very nice chinese restaurant also offering an extensive sushi menu. Steak and scallops are amazing a must try. We also had the sweet and sour chicken and happy family. Nice bar, nice place for a bite to eat with getting your drink on! If you're in town and craving chinese food go here !!!!

Accidentally found this nice Asian restaurant. We really love the food and the place. We would recommend it coz they have authentic taste of Asian cuisine. They also have sushi menu.

What a great experience! We were seated immediately and enjoyed a variety off the menu. I recommend the chicken wraps and the dragon roll. The fried rice is shareable as a plat and was very tasty. The sweet and sour was also good. Our waiter was very helped keep our drinks full and meeting all our requests. It’s a small restaurant but worth the visit if you are in Glenwood and are craving Asian food!

With both inside and outside dining, and a full house, the wait staff was very attentive, but not overbearing. The food was some of the best I have had lately, and no one in our group had a single complaint. Location in Glenwood Springs' downtown area is great, especially with the bridge area being recently redone. We will definitely be back!

I would give this place more stars!! Do not miss if in Glenwood springs. Sushi was awesome. We got the doc holiday roll it comes out on fire. Fresh food. We had never tried Peking duck before. It was yummy. The skin is crisp. Flavor excellent. The restaurant is has a formal look with a casual atmosphere. We had a great conversation with the table across. The waiter was very engaging with customers. The lady that brought us our food was so nice. I hope we can travel through again to come back here. They do have outdoor seating.

The food taste awesome here, especially the roaring fork sushi roll. I like the taste and quantity.

The environment here is very nite and clean. And wifi speed is 4k level.

The service quality depends on different times. During lunch time, people are very polite and patient. However, during dinner time, the bartender lady gives us a patient-less feeling after we refuse to order the alcoholic beverages.

Ordered the Singapore noodles combo'd with beef and shrimp and requested it spicy, which they happily accommodated. Was very delicious! Staff were friendly and attentive.

Absolute must visit if you come through! We went to Iron Mountain and came here after a recommendation from an employee. Got the udon flank steak and it was fire! Friend got the fried rice, lo mein, and sushi. Everything was excellent and fast. Vibes were great. 10/10 would recommend, no cap.

Really lucky to have found this Asian food stop on our way to Aspen. We ordered the Pho and Ming Seafood Fried Rice. Portion is huge, more than enough for 1. Tbh it’s beyond our expectations lol. Parking is a bit tricky since the restaurant doesn’t have its own parking lot.

To be honest I was a little worried about the food. When it came out portions were great and it tasted even better then I expected! Give this place a try their walnut shrimp is pretty darn good for an islander. And grab some sushi...maybe not all are good but we got like a tempura spicy tuna and that was pretty good! I have to say that the bottle of beer we had was flat. So maybe not drink here...other then that we would eat here again.

Absolutely amazing! Very fresh and timely service! All of the flavors blend together beautifully. My pallete is overly satisfied!! Cozy atmosphere with chill tunes. Thank you Micheal (the owner) for preparing our food and to Stephen for for offering up wonderful suggestions and taking care of us.

Really wonderful service, inside and patio seating and great value food. I really enjoyed my Dan Dan tofu noodles. Would come back here - for sure - if I was ever in Glenwood Springs again.

Our waitress Katlyn was very nice and well acknowledged about the menu. We were pleased.

We ordered Doc Holiday Roll, Pho, and Lo Mein.
The roll was quite expensive, yet worth every dollar. The taste was exceptional.
Pho had very rich flavor and the serving was quite big.
Lo Mein was good, yet nothing extraordinary. Nevertheless, I would definitely order it again.

The total for two people came down to $63.

We will definitely come back!

Everything was delicious. Service was great too. We were just visiting in town but would definitely visit again!

My husband and I love this place, all flavors are unique and the staff really is amazing. We always have a great time and leave with full bellies. Our favorites are the Hot and Sour Soup, Thai Green Curry and the General Tso Chicken.
