I visited and the team helped me transfer my data and helped me put a new screen protector on my phone. The whole team was great but Haley and Dustin stood out thank you very very much!!

Robert at the Murrells Inlet store on the Bypass went above and beyond in helping me purchase and set up my IPHONE. Robert was kind and had the patience of a Saint as I was switching from Android to IPhone and I was clueless. He stayed hours after his shift ended and helped with the utmost professionalism, humor and exemplified the true meaning of customer service. Thank you Robert and I also would like to give a shout out to the other 2 team members that were in the store that afternoon into early evening as they too were most personable and professional salespeople. I highly recommend going to this store. My husband Ralph and I will go nowhere else.

Great young friendly staff. Staff is well trained and up to date on issues one may be having.
Filed a warranty claim immediately. Within 24 hrs I was out the door with a new phone.

I had such a great experience at this T-Mobile because of the employees they have there. Starting off as soon as I walked in I was greeted right away nicely and with enthusiasm by Sallie. She really showed she cared about taking care of me. Also Katt was a huge help and went out her way to help me with the things I needed help with, and resolved them. Both ladies really helped me and gave me such a great experience. I would recommend this place and them to anyone. THANK YOU!!

Excellent excellent service! They were extremely nice, patient, and knowledgeable upgrading my iPhone.
I had been thinking about getting a fit bit and while we were there upgrading my phone, they gave us a fantastic deal on my new fit bit!
We are two happy senior citizens heading home with our new toys !

I went t-mobile today for new phones Herbert was my customer sales representative he was awesome he really took the time to help me. Told me about all the phone accessories. I was in the store less then 30 mins. With everything I needed. T-mobile in murrells inlet across from inlet square mall is the best place to go. You will not find great customer service like them no place else.

Herb unscrewed the mess on my Samsung J7.
Samsung customer service not fix my problem, multiple calls to 611 didn't help (even after spending long times on the phone.)
Only Herb at murrells inlet, sc could find the problem.

Got fantastic customer service from Eric at my local store. When I received my iPad I went back to the store and he set everything up for free. Excellent experience.

Mr Eric was amazing i thought he was the manager but he told me he wasn't but i think this guy should be he was helping employees in the store while helping me which was awesome

I wish i could give this guy 100 stars because he made sure that my phone really wasn't working before he sold me a phone which was amazing and just for that I will always come back to this store
