My husband and I went to get new phones yesterday and chose this store because it had the best reviews in the area. And let me tell you there is a reason! Gentlemen helping us was just there to help. He went through our account to make sure we weren't paying extra or anything he didn't need, no upselling, just honest help (how refreshing). The store is super small, so stock is limited, and with only one guy working, this was definitely not a quick, seemless process. But honestly, it was worth it to us. Dude even got our screen protectors on for us! So yeah, the high stars are earned.

I just traded in my old iPhone for a new one. Jesus at the Verizon store in Carmel Valley helped me with my purchase and he was very patient, professional and friendly. He stayed past closing hours to make certain that all my information was transferred from the old phone and that everything was set with my new phone. Thank you!

My cousin and me we bought 4 phones in exchange program and JayRon's service was outstanding, took several hours with us in helping us out.
On other occassion, Lucie was also found to be very knowledgeable and helpful. Only a third young man working there on few occassions was found to be quite rude and not pleasant and lacked experience in handling customers.

Went to day (9/15/23) to get a new phone. Jesus was extremely helpful and pleasant. Took care of every question and concern I had. I made an appointment which happened to be a good idea on this day as the new iPhone 15s came out and the store was a little busy, But, I noticed that walk-ins were quickly assisted as well.
Also, he did not try to upsell me on a 15. Came in for a 14 and walked out with a 14 with no pressure.

Ja’Ron goes beyond the call of duty! He was so generous and helpful! He’s a gem—could run the whole company!

Jesus was very kind, efficient, and knowledgeable. Made the experience of changing a family plan (to a better one) and getting a new phone completely hassle-free. Best experience I’ve had in a Verizon store.

Andres is top level when it comes to not only his customer service but also managing the other employees and making sure multiple clients are happy at the same time. He helped us set up our new tech and made sure we were able to get some of the promos that we didn’t know about prior.

The best experience I've had at a Verizon Store. I'd definitely go to the store off Carmel Creek if I need anything else. They have friendy, knowledgeable, helpful staff. They're pretty easy on the eyes too ;)

I am usually wary of Verizon customer service, but this time I was pleasantly surprised. Kyle onboarded me on Verizon and informed me of all the bonuses available. He could have stopped there, but he took the time to diligently go through all the plans in our family package and ensured each one had the best perks. I felt like he had our best interests in mind, making sure everyone had their needs met for the best cost.

My daughter and I worked with both Ernie and Stone at the store on Valley Center Drive to upgrade our phones. We know nothing about new technology. They were amazing, explaining every detail to us in easy -to -understand language. I felt like I could really trust them with their knowledge and the ability to give us a great deal. Thanks!

Visited this store a year ago to upgrade a family member's phone and was treated with nothing but respect and professionalism. Returned last week to update two additional devices and the Store Manager AJ was on his way out. He remembered me and stopped to assist with my contract even though he was off for the day ("top shelf" customer service). After finalizing the contract, he assisted in getting the new phones set up with Ernie. After dinner, Ernie handed off the new phones and everything was perfect. Thank you very much AJ and Ernie. I am now a loyal customer to your store because of you both.

I have been in the store a few times. I have always received great service but this week they have went over and beyond. I went in on Thursday and spoke with Stone then had to go back today and AJ helped us. We switched over to AT&T last week but were having issues with porting over my daughter’s number. AT&T customer service did not help us at all kept pushing us to Verizon, but AJ at Verizon did. He called Verizon to make sure her number was released by them and it was on 9/13 but AT&T did not do their part. Basically we are no longer Verizon customers but he still assist us in getting all moved over to AT&T. This store rocks!!

This store is much better run and organized now than it was three years ago when my wife and I purchased our Verizon plans. Akil manages effectively with superior product knowledge and Taryn also knows her stuff and was patient with a complex change in our business plan.
