Mike had the best customer service! He could tell I had no idea how to back up my phone or check several basic features of my phone, and he calmly walked me through the steps needed and made it make sense. He did a side by side of plans to choose and let me know what made sense for my use. His calm, patient demeanor was greatly appreciated. He knew exactly what to do and how to help me with each question I asked. I will definitely go back to his store whenever I have any questions or need to upgrade.

I came to this location today to add a line and received the best service from Michael. I was telling him how I needed a line for my son’s phone and he assisted me to the point where I didn’t need to do anything else but give the phone to my son. My son is very happy! This is the best service I’ve ever received after being a T-Mobile customer for 15 years. I was thinking about switching companies but I will happily stay with T-Mobile. Thank you again Michael if I could tip you I would have!! Anyone reading this bring your money to this location!

Absolutely wonderful staff here! The lady that helped me is Kayla and her coworker Jamie are more than knowledgeable about the product. I would highly recommend stopping into this location! Very friendly environment, best store if you want the full customer experience! Amazing job!

I have never had a better exerience anywhere. Jaime is wonderful. Not only saved us money, but caught a charge on our phone from something we no longer used and were being charged for the last 4 years. I will never go anywhere else.

What a smooth process abs easy and great service. Dog decided to eat a phone and we were able to pay out the old phone and get a new one and confirm the prices would be similar and got it if there super quick. Truly appreciate the great service and ease, which was a surprise knowing sprint and t mobile just combined. Figured there would be some issues, but none!

Great customer service!!! Rep did a great job connecting with me through joint interests and background while engaging in conversation. I called back the next day regarding a follow up and the supervisor also remembered me based on our interaction the day before and handled my enquiry superbly.

TJ was the associate that helped me when I came into the store. We needed to do a factory reset on 2 phones for security reasons. My total visit took about an hour. During this TJ patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. He saved our contacts and pictures and showed me how to find the apps history to reload what we had. While our phones were updating he still waited on other customers. All the while giving everyone good service. His customer service will keep me coming to this store.

This is hands down the BEST T-mobile store I have ever been in. I have been coming to this location for years and there have been times when I've been out of state and had to use a different location and there is no comparison. The staff are always exceptional friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable and really go above and beyond the service that I recieve at other locations. When you have to deal with something as unpleasant as figuring out your phone plan the staff here manage to make it an almost enjoyable experience.

Went to Gahanna store,staff was professional and very knowledgeable,had to wait on staff very busy at store,I was a cricket customer,glad I did change and my wait time was worth it,store was very clean,I would recommend this location to anyone else.
