The UPS Store

I have mailed things but I mostly pick up packages and have a mailbox there. The staff in my experience is wonderful . They are always kind and helpful… even have helped me take packages out to my vehicle when there are large items. Definitely not something they had to do but I am grateful. Thanks and Merry Christmas.

These ladies need a raise. They always treat me with respect, even on their busiest days.

This store refused to ship a screw-in choke tube and a recoil pad. The lady said the store policy is that they cannot ship anything that has to do with a gun.

I have revised my review to reflect the information I received by contacting UPS directly. My apologies to the store owners. This is from the email from UPS:

“As I checked our records and resources, firearms or parts of a firearm will not be accepted for shipment at UPS Access Point locations, The UPS Store, UPS Authorized Shipping Outlet, or any other third party retailer. It can be still shipped as long as it will be dropped off to our Main Hub or the customer center.”

I have gone many times to return for Amazon, Lane Bryant or others where I have a label and everything is packaged. I hand it to them, get a "thank you" and move on - quick, friendly and easy.

Very easy to ship my Amazon return but my ears was greeted with profanity among communication with each other.
I don’t mind what ppl do in their own home or free time but when I enter a business, especially when I take my children, I don’t want to expose myself or my children to words we don’t use in our own homes. Please stay professional and business etiquette. Have a standard when you are on the job.

Twice we have come by on Saturday and the store closed early. We live 25 miles away so this is an inconvenience for sure!!!
