Second Time Around

If you care about old items with a rich history this antique store is the one. I’ve purchased several vintage clothing items from here spanning from 1800s bloomers to old west leather jackets. They were all in near prefect condition with at least 30% off. Lovely atmosphere as well.

Owners are knowledgeable and helpful. Shop very organized and has several floors. Lock your purse up and keep the key untol you are ready to leave...no big deal. You would do the same if you had people constantly stealing from YOU.

Owner is fabulous and super knowledgeable! Store is very organized and prices are reasonable. Excellent merchandise! Purse policy not a big deal; very understandable considering the amount of theft in these stores. I always enjoy perusing this establishment and have purchased many cool pieces. Cash or check only, so make sure you are prepared in that regard.

100% don’t understand the fuss around the purse issue. The lockers were more than large enough for my wife’s large purse. The owners were super kind. People forget businesses are private entities and are allowed to enforce their own rules. The shop had plenty of cool stuff. Lots of original jackets and leather wear. None of the refurb deco stuff that some antique stores sell as antiques but are modern arts and crafts. Found a cool vintage leather hunting sling. Wife got a pair of sunglasses. Will come back for the leather jackets. Great gem.

Wife and daughter stopped in the other day.
Owner was very nice , showed them what they were looking for , suggested other items they might not have seen. Answered all their questions , and they made purchases. Daughter loves antique stores and thrift stores . She will be back.

I was in the store maybe like 10 years ago. I found the owner at the time to be the typical antique store owner . Short and to the point . She answered my questions and knew what I was looking for , while she didn’t have any at the time , she pointed me in the right direction to another antique store in town.

The layout of this store is unbelievably intricate and purposeful.

I love this place. Admittedly, I’m adult shopping without children. I can understand the necessity of strict monitoring of kids in this store. It’s full of nooks and crannies and old one of a kind items. There is so much in this store, I usually do a walk through twice before I decide on my purchase.

My husband and I love this place, the enchanting owner and her cats. We stop in a few times a year, and always leave with several treasures.

Certainly a lot of items to choose from.😊 I was a bit agitated that I had to lock my purse in a locker?!☹ I mean, really. Maybe there is a high theft of these items; however, I don't think they would fit in my purse. Oh well. Also a bit pricey for me.🤓

Wow that lady is mean. No hello, no welcome, just an immediate LOCK UP YOUR BAG IN THE LOCKER! Then kept peeping on us to see if we were stealing, lol. I assure you good Madam, That I do not need to swipe your $2 Jerry Lewis paper poster. Anyways, just another second hand store that smells like Grandma's old blankets and offers the usual second-second-hand items.
A little kindness and customer service could have gone a long way.

Love the layout. And all the vintage stuff. Asking me to lock my purse up is unccalled for. I refused to. Although this store is a great vintage antique spot staying up with the times of important will not go back if you don't accept credit they take cash only lady behind the register was extremely rude when I asked if she took credit they didn't get my sale.wont return.

Rude, miserable owner. Super high prices, like beyond Snoop Dogg high, even more than Willie Nelson on his tour bus, nope, we're talkin' higher than hunter in the White House high. Hated being talked down to when I was trying to get a better deal on something that "wasn't marked". Wife was super torqued about having to put her purse in a locker so that went to the car instead and stayed there 'cuz we ain't gonna buy nothing'. Hope the owner enjoys keeping her stuff...

Horrible. Don't waste your time here. Owner is extremely rude and delusional. I walked in and was very rudely told to put my purse in a locker. I told the owner I was not comfortable doing that and that my purse would not fit. She snapped back at me and told me to go put my purse in the car. I explained I was not comfortable with leaving my purse unattended in a car, and I asked if she could just check my bag before I leave. Owner had no customer service skills and a horrible attitude. I will NEVER be back.

Walked in with plans on buying something I saw in the window. BIG sign telling you to put bags in teeny tiny locker, My bag wouldn't fit. I told her that. She told me, meanly, "then put it in your car". I said I'm not leaving my purse in the car. (there were strange people milling around outside) She snapped back "then I don't know what to tell you" and walked away. .... After reading the other reviews... why are you even in business if you are so mean to people? I spent my money in some of the other nice shops in town where the people were delightful.

Stopped in due to item wanted in store display . Upon entering found other items we would like to purchase approximate total $400.00.when walking past cash register ,owner began yelling did you not see the large sign ? I asked what sign?apparently there was a sign requiring all purse and backpacks be placed in a locker.first my purse is not large enough to take anything of value. Second if you must be rude about your store rules then yes rather than give you my $400-$500 dollar purchase you can ke p it ! I'm all about being a hometown shopper and promoting small businesses. When you approach me as a customer entering your business,you can forget it. I really would love to have purchased your items in your store but after that greeting , no thank you!! You can keep it!!

Went in for the second time in two days to purchase $80 of Fenton glass I had seen the day before. The grumpy old man behind the counter started to berate my son and I every time something moved, or I touched anything, constantly asking what I had broken. It got to the point to when my son opened a cassette tape collection and one popped out of its loose case, the man yelled at us to stop breaking his merchandise, which was not happening. I got my wife from another section and we left with the man muttering "good riddance". Total dick. Will never be back. Do not waste your time here.

I wish there was a way to rate it a 0 worst store and business I've ever been in! DO NOT WASTE UR TIME, I WALKED IN AND WALKED BACK OUT AFTER SHE YELLED AT US FOR NOT PUTTING OUR PURSES AND BAGS IN LOCKERS! VERY RUDE OWNER!
