AT&T Store

I've been a customer at the AT&T store for quite some time now, and I can confidently say that it's consistently a 5-star experience. Luis, in particular, was super helpful and explained a lot of things that I found confusing in good detail. The staff here is exceptional, always going above and beyond to ensure that my needs are met. Whether it's assisting with a new phone purchase or troubleshooting an issue, they handle everything with professionalism and a friendly demeanor. The atmosphere in the store is welcoming, and I always leave feeling satisfied with the service I've received. Not only were these gentlemen patient and kind but made me feel like I am a part of an AT&T family not a just customer. This extraordinary experience at the store made 20 minutes feel like 2. Went to the store, ordered an iPad, and after not getting it when it was supposedly delivered Shawn (at this store) was the only one willing and able to help. Within minutes of this 6 hour stressful event everything was resolved thanks to him!!

When I ordered it the first time I had David, and his customer service is fantastic as well. He made me feel very welcome and answered all my questions thoroughly. I highly recommend this store for any and all AT&T needs, you won’t be disappointed!!

We moved to a new condo in Naples and had real trouble receiving our packages because USPS did not update their records. As a result our packages were going to the wrong address. One of those packages was for our DirectTV/Stream equipment. After multiple efforts Shawn, the store manager, came up with a solution that quickly solved the problem. He took a sincere interest in solving our problem and did a great job for us.

I had been in 4 AT&T today and nobody has been able to give us some answers. Onai has been AMAZING very patient with my broken English and 100 questions. Was knowledgeable and informative. Thank you

There are some very helpful people there who will take the time to correct some very complex issues with your phone and your subscriptions. It's my go-to place for phone issues.

Great young man helped us. Very polite and patient. Studying to become an entrepreneur, he will be a good one. I wrote his name down but can’t remember where. Surely you could find him by our phone number beginning with 210- ask as you walk in, his station on the left back of the store. He won’t disappoint you.

I had a very pleasant experience at AT & T. They fix my problem right away and i was very happy for it.

The people there are quick to help and very knowledgeable and friendly.
The service of the actual cell service isn’t the best for the area.

Upgraded my phone recently, and Zack assisted me with the transaction - he was great, super helpful, efficient, and professional - really appreciate all the good info I received from him, and he made the process quick & painless!

Impeccable service... Many stars for this store. Andrew is a great manager and Onae was so very helpful. Greeted me as soon as I came in the store and took care of an issue I had on my phone immediately! I cannot speak more highly than 100 stars for this location. ATT should be proud to have employees like this.

My brother is in the hospital and his phone crashed. I took it to this at&t location. Andrew helped me. He got the phone back long enough to get all of his data off and onto a new phone. Andrew was very patient and took the time needed to get the job done. Fantastic job and fantastic guy!
