My expirence was great. They had this wonderful employer her name was Lourdey and she helped me find 5 pair and she didn’t gave up.

The manager was very nice and helpful. He taught me how to keep the sneakers I bought for my son in good shape. I am going to tell everyone I know to buy their sneakers from here. The prices are reasonable too.

Earlier in the afternoon, I ordered a pair of my son's favorite AF1's for his birthday to pick up in the store. A few hours past and I was afraid they would close before I could get them so I took a ride out to the mall. Apparently the order can take up to 24 hours to be fulfilled, I didn't realize that when I placed it. When I got to the store, one of the sales associates named KEITH said I could check at the front counter to see if the order was ready. Along the way I started to browse and before I got to the counter Keith said the manager was already in the back getting the order ready! Great service and 5 stars in my book!

Great customer service. I knew what I wanted and they helped me swiftly. They were eager to answer any questions and seemed happy to help me.

Champs was the only store in the mall that not only still had white Nike ankle socks the day before Christmas, it was still regularly priced. I'll never ever shade this store in any way I am now a fan for life.

This is one of my favorite shoe store. They always have great prices, and Friendly customers service.
