OK as long as you want to keep the item. They have free shipping but, if the item you buy from them is uncomfortable, does not fit correctly, etc. they will take $9 off of your refund. Make sure that you are going to keep what you buy or be prepared to "give" them $ for the pleasure of doing business with them. I won't shop here again... ever

USPS lost my order. Company told me it was my responsibility to collect information (some of which only the company has) to file a claim with USPS. Offered no other support. Unacceptable.

Edit: I see Oh My Arthritis has decided to engage in a little corporate gaslighting. Oh, my order was delivered? Was it delivered TO ME? No. Why is it my responsibility to hunt down a lost package when you're the one with a corporate account with this company?
