Didn't even want to give a one star . I had ordered a shirt over a week ago for senior casual pictures and was promised they would have it in and embored by Saturday. Been trying to find out status could not get anyone to call me back. Found out today it will not be in till Tuesday. A simple phone call would have been nice. Awful customer service

I ordered a hoodie for spirit week in Sept. Went to the store to pick it up and they said they can't find it. Waiting for their call and never heard back from them. I asked for money back and they just ignored me. Never again and i would not recommend. If I could give zero stars I would.
