Great staff and great management. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I didn't feel taken advantage of at all and the store is clean and easy to navigate to find what I needed.

Always friendly and helpful. I have lots of Carlyle tools and I am usually there 1-2 time a week.

The lady working refused to honor the Napa battery warranty. I purchased the battery at another Napa less than a year ago on the other side of the state. I would’ve been able to get the receipt in order to exchange but she made every excuse in the book to not have to do some work. She even gave us attitude when we asked if she could at least test it for us. Shame on you. No wonder napas are going out of business. I happily took my business to o’reillys and purchased a new battery.

First time going and last time going. Customer service is terrible no one greeted me when I came in , I was there to pick up my order which was very heavy I was offered the cart but the employees didn’t even offer to hold the door I don’t recommend this ignorant place to anyone I will not spend my money here again .

No Value Added - Refused to Honor Warranty

Purchased Four NAPA Eclipse calipers for a SuperDuty online some months back, one developed a heat-related piston operation problem and I attempted to exchange this defective caliper for another at this store (which they had in stock and I had my online receipt). You would think the store being "corporate" would honor their so-called "national warranty", but that wasn't the case. They looked up my online order, said it was from a "franchise store" (like the customer knows the difference) and they couldn't help, that I'd have to return the defective item to the "franchise store" which happened to be closed as this took place on Sunday.

Bottom line: avoid this store, they're no value added and to be honest I'm inclined to avoid NAPA altogether for any purchases in the future (I co-own an eight-bay in Northern VA, also an auto tech student at Rappahannock (Diesel) and Tidewater Comm Colleges where I plan sharing my horrible NAPA Williamsburg Corporate experience with other auto tech students.

Other Remarks:

(1) Counter person asked me if "I had the parts box" as if it were a prerequisite to get warranty service --- ask this: who keeps empty auto parts boxes around for months in the event warranty service is required?

(2) I initially started entering the store without a mask, then read their posted door sign which said "mask required", went back to get a P95 mask only to find the two counter people weren't wearing masks. If this is indeed a "corporate" store they need to either remove that sign (to comply with current VA Law) or follow the guidance posted on the sign.

This "corporate" store needs to get its act together -- far from it currently.

If you are female and don’t want to lift and carry your battery don’t come to this location..

Been to this store five times, should be able to give no stars. I will never go to another Napa!
