Old Navy

I love Old Navy! My son had gotten car sick so I ran into get him a new outfit. Everything was easy to find and reasonably priced!

Very helpful friendly staff. I finally found somewhere to get my jeans. Hard for me to find jeans that don't show your underwear when you bend over or sit down. Highly recommend for women with full bottom & smaller waists

I have been on the hunt for a certain dress. After calling most stores in NC that said they had it in stock with no luck. I started calling in Tenn. I was told the Old Navy at Pinnacle Parkway had one. A young man named Max answered the phone and I cannot say enough good things about him. He found the dress and the whole time had such a pleasant tone, ( I should add I was calling 5 mins before closing). Thank you Max for going above and beyond, and being a true example of what AMAZING customer service should be! He's a good one Old Navy!

The employees are super helpful and friendly.

All members of our family were able to find what we were looking for, ranging from shirts & jeans to jackets. The staff was helpful, offering to order specific pants when they weren't in stock in the correct length.

Although they were very busy the staff was hard at work keeping the stock in the right place. The girl who was working the fitting rooms was on top of keeping the rooms clean and ready for the next person to use and seeing to the garments being returned to the proper place in the store. Very pleased with my purchases. I always find great prices and good quality in their clothes.

This location is always fantastic. The employees are always eager to help and my cashier was extremely courteous and knowledgeable as well (cashier #3024535). This location is the best one in the tri-cities by far. Keep up the great work and give that cashier a raise!

I love shopping here. There is always great finds for the whole family and the store is very well maintained/neat/orderly. I've also had to make returns for online orders and they were super easy to work with.

Great options for my toddlers clothes .my toddler loves the big ball machine and this trip it worked for us 2 times and stopped we went to the other machines and they wouldn't work either not sure what was wrong the store was so busy we wasn't able to stand in line to tell a cashier.

I had ordered online and when I received it I needed to return it. Too small. I took it to the store and they accepted the return and refunded my money on my card. Thank you for the awesome service! I'd definitely shop here again!

Had huge clearance section and lots of great sale prices. Located in the Pinnacle in Bristol.. easy access off I-81. Our cashier was wonderful.
