I'm not the typed a review but a young lady asked me to do an review about her service I think her name is sha she did an awesome job but what made me do this review is because as I was minding my business and there was another customer there . The guy must ben a regular customer because he sat down in the store looking sad waiting on one of the workers to help him 🤔 long story short the stated he was hungry and the young lady left and got the man food! She was God giving ! I never seen this happen before ever I recommended this store just because of the people and their heart! I didn't get the lady name but she next to the braiding shop on Glenwood road!God is amazing and there still good people who work at other locations

So I had a dilemma after I tried to swap phones on my own (which I usually do). And for some reason it didn't work properly 😞, I called customer service and it was a terrible experience because my phone couldn't receive the pin. So I go to one store and was greeted by vague associates who made me feel like I was a burden. I immediately left and headed home not knowing my day was about to brighten up. Right next door to my hotel was a small metro store in the cut, I entered with precaution to an amazing associate and her welcoming manager Miss Lea. They immediately knew what to do and the 3 hours I spent on the phone and at the other metro store.. They had it resolved within the first 20 min.. I was so thankful and I will definitely be by referring metro to my colleagues! Thanks Miss Lea
