Johnny Rockets

Rockets is the original. Have had their cuisine in many places including on some cruise ships. Always exceptional quality and fairly reasonable pricing. There was problem with the co2 related to the diet Pepsi but once this was taken to the front cashier it was quickly taken care of to everyone's satisfaction. Management thank us for bringing it to his attention. Burger was a double with very tasty bacon done crisp and correctly. Onion Rings were moist inside the breading and crispy on the outside. Service was attentive and efficient.

The food was so yummy! I had a cheeseburger, fries, a coke, and an oreo cookie shake. All of it was delicious. My picky 5 year old even liked their fries and we were both obsessed and agreed that it was the best oreo cookie shake we'd ever had. Soooo good!

5 stars across the board for beating out 5 Guys in every measurable category. I have not had a milkshake that good until I visited Johnny Rockets. I don’t know if my own father has even made a burger that good, either.

I don’t know who Johnny is or why he likes rockets, but boy did he hire the best possible people for the longest serving Johnny Rockets in the world. Special shout-out to Gabriella, Kobe, and Santiago, who were real ones and made this the unquestioned best burger joint of all time.

Best milkshakes in town hands down!! Diana was amazing she gave us great service and the best milkshakes !! . Everybody there was very friendly, and it was very fast and I will be coming here more often

Everytime I come here I literally always get really good customer service, Jimena was an absolute pleasure. So friendly and beautiful. Plus food is always hot and fresh. I’ll be back!

If I could give 10 stars I would. Customer service was top notch. Burger was fresh. Fries were delicious. I was having a bad day so I came and sat down didn’t regret it they made my day better. Thank you so much Leslie :)

today is July 18th 2023 whoever was working tonight around 7:50-8:10ish they deserve a raise. especially the lady who helped me at check out. she knows customer service and is so freaking kind. just a big thank you to her all around - from the girl who got bacon cheesy fries :)

Wow! Thank you Johnny Rockets.. what an incredible dining experience! Not only was the food delicious but the service was outstanding. I wanted to give a special thanks to Gustavo, the manager. Not only did he ensure that our food was prepared correctly and served in a timely manner, He efficiently continued to COOK, SWEEP AND make milk shakes all with a smile on his face! Would definitely recommend. The team at Johnny rockets was amazing good folk and great conversation the food was excellent and was brought out very timely. Josh and Mercedes’ were great at taking care of us and the cook Marcos was great very organized clean kitchen and sets himself up very well which was why the food came out fast and tasty.

best Johnny Rockets experience I’ve ever had. Love the bar seating, staff is friendly and work hard. Jose and the team are so attentive, fast & provide such great customer service. Our meal was such a pleasant treat & enjoyed watching the cooks prepare our meal with ease & efficiency. We got half fries and half onion rings, thank you Jose for the suggestion. I got a chili dog, which was perfect, LOVED that the hotdog was split and my bf got the smoke house & he loved it. Great Job to the restaurant and team!!
