Smashburger

The lady the took our order was probably the nicest person I’ve ever dealt with in a fast serve restaurant. She went out of her way to make sure we got everything we needed, was engaged with everyone in the semi crowed shop and checked back several times. Burgers, shakes and fries all very good. Highly recommend! Give her a promotion.

Not only were the staff polite over the phone but when an issue with a gift card I had won at work the manager with a reassuring tone told me to come on down and comped my meal which is really going above and beyond and is the reason I will keep coming back here not only do they never mess up my order but they always have a friendly work atmosphere that really shines into the taste and quality of the food. Once again smash burger knocks it out of the park! (:

I ordered their Mac burger fries and onion rings. They had trouble with their payment system, and the shift manager comped the meal. Plus it was good food. Amazing dude.

The staff working were polite, my turmeric lemonade was refreshing and my burger was filling. All the toppings were crisp & enjoyed the crunch and flavors of each bite. My order was to-go, so I can't speak much for what it's like to eat on site.

Hunger curing burgers for sure. Unless you are extremely hungry you'll probably just need a single. I got the rosemary fries with mine and even though they weren't bad... I wish I just ordered the regular. The peanut butter milkshake was good especially on an afternoon in the desert. All and all this is a good burger place and I will definitely be back to try more.

i went here for the first time the food was fresh and well prepared and one of the best burgers i have ever had i ordered the bacon brisket burger and the smash fries i definitely will go again

First visit and it quickly made our list of the top three burger chains. The burger was great and the tater Tots with olive oil, garlic, and basil were wonderful.

I have never been to a smashburger, but I will definitely be returning. The food is amazing. I loved their bacon avocado burger, and their fries are really good as well. The workers were really nice as well, and they checked in with us a couple of times.

First time ever eating here, and I got the burnt ends burger or whatever it's called, with the onion rings. So good, I mean really really. That saying "So good it'll make you slap your .mama?" I definitely would've got slapped back, but mom would have had to get the business, lol.

The food was delicious and fresh! Service was excellent too!!!! Will definitely be back soon!!!!

Food was very good. Our order was to go and we were shorted one burger but didn't realize it until we reached our destination, some distance away. My husband went back and they made him a fresh burger and more fries.

A juicy, delicious double Smashburger with cheddar cheese, savory Smash Fries, and a green salad for dinner tonight. So delicious and satisfying, and all for about 20 bucks!

The food is delicious, especially the Brisket Burger .
They have yummy Sweet Potato Fries too.

I went for lunch today and the smashburger crew was clearly shortstaffed - however thanks to the way Tommy and team handled it, we still had a great experience. If only every place could emulate what took place today when they are shortstaffed!
As soon as we walked in, we were notified that they were working as fast as possible, however current wait times were about 20 minutes before food was coming out. This level of communication allowed us to determine if we could still eat here today (we could) before it was a time issue, preventing future frustration in guests. The food came out great with no mistakes, and we saw no drop in service otherwise. Didn't get the linecooks name but he was also apologizing to everyone for the wait as well.
We were still able to have a great experience and it was largely due to the expectations that were set, by a team that clearly had pride in the work they were putting out since they easily could have done the bare minimum instead. Great Job Tommy/Team

I had a great experience here. I forgot to ask the ingredients in a shake, then realized i had a slight allergy. Marlen helped me out and made sure I was ok and taken care of, and helped me see if the ingredients were in the shake. Love this place! And, great food. Love their shakes and tatertots and burgers.

As usual, the experience was great. Had the the double smashburger with avocado and cheese and haystack onion rings. I was so satisfied I wanted another. Unfortunately, the "Itis" kicked in and it was a wrap. I recommend them because it's always great customer service, excellent food, and a beautiful atmosphere. Stop on by, they've got something for everyone.
