We have been to many Mercer County Verizon Locations, which I was never thrilled with. Recently, we went to the Manahawkin Store because my Iphone 11 was out of storage. We were greeted immediately by BRIDGET. She was very knowledgable about all the phones, & very friendly attitude. We didn't feel rushed or pushed into anything. Bridget took her time while I asked a million questions. I did end up upgrading to an Iphone 14, which so far so good. (she also let us leave the store while she transferred all my info to the new iphone--which was super
convenient)

If you go to this location ask for BRIDGET, shes our girl from here on forward !!!!!

I had a fantastic experience at Verizon with Tommy setting up my phone, wifi and transfers. The service was excellent and he was totally professional to work through the process

Nikki was extremely helpful guiding me through the process of upgrading. Extremely professional and knowledgable.

I bought the iPhone 14 pro Max here and I have the Apple Watch ultra and the iPad Pro All hooked up Verizon 5g and it is awesome and the girl who helped me get everything set up is awesome and she is very knowledgeable about everything she knows her shhhht and I am very happy with the price and the monthly payment so I can’t remember what her name was but I will find out and post it she’s awesome and I can’t understand the negative reviews ! But I love Verizon so far one month in

Best experience I’ve had at a Verizon store. Breana was awesome. Jermane too. They got right to business and fixed my phone for me and we even laughed and made lightly of it while doing so. Two really cool peeps, shoutout to them.

I want to give a shout out to the staff at the Verizon Store in Manahawkin. Charles, Kimmy and Bridget were fantastic when we switched our cell phones from T-Mobile back to Verizon. They are so professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They made the process go smoothly.

We made the mistake of moving to T-Mobile, charmed by their special offers. It turned out that their promises were empty and their service not nearly as good as Verizon.

Seeing the level of service we received from the staff in the Verizon Store, we now know were are back where we belong.

The place is modern and beautiful. It is very clean, has hand sanitizer on the counters. Counters. When you walk in the door, you're greeted right away and you have assistance within minutes. The gentleman that helped me this time was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helped me get everything taken care of and I was on my way within a short time.

Nikki at manahawkin Verizon store was awesome and helped with a serious problem with phone. She was able to retrieve my lost apps and retrieve my very important information in my notes. Not only was she extremely efficient. She was extremely patient with a widow who is not tech savvy and not familiar with procedure with iPhones. I was told what she was able to do could not be done by many people.

I had an issue where someone fraudulently added 3 lines and purchased 3 devices a week ago in the store. The General Manager Andre was so helpful and polite when I went to the store with the Stafford Township Police after I file a police report. I was at the store again today after the Verizon Wireless Fraud Department told me the investigation was closed and they deemed it was not a fraud issue. I was told I had to dispute the issue in the store. Took another trip to the store, from where I live in Toms River, and Andre was once again so helpful. He contacted the customer protection department and helped me get everything resolved. I am so grateful that he was there and helped with the issue. I told my husband that even though the store is about 20 minutes from our house I will definitely go there the next time we are upgrading our phones! I really hope a district manager or someone from Corporate see this because I want them to know that they truly have a great manager in this store that went above and beyond to help me! After 1-2 weeks of not having the ability to make phone calls or text (if not on WiFi) l brought the phone for a diagnostic at Apple and my radio frequency signal was bad. I ended up at the Verizon store 3 different times in a week 2 out of 3 times Henry waited on me and he was amazing, immediately knew how to handle my problem, got me a warranty replacement phone in 1 day, and my problem was fixed! Can’t thank you enough Henry and I appreciate your patience with me dealing with my frustration. You are the best 🙏🏻😀

I was at the store today to address a problem with my new iPhone 12 Pro Max after about 3 hours on the phone with Verizon Wireless. The staff worked hard to get my digital esim to work for my business line. They did what tech support couldn’t do and for that I’m grateful. Thank you guys so much for being patient even though I was frustrated when I first came in. You guys are the best.

I was in search for the right phone for my daughter for Christmas. Lisa helped me and got me the exact phone my daughter wanted. Lisa and the staff were super friendly and very helpful. I was in and out of the store in less then 10mins. Thank you Lisa! My daughter is going to have a huge smile on her face this Christmas.

Feb.6th, 2020 We purchased two new Samsung phones from their agent, Henry Lopez at the Manahawkin Verizon location. His service to us was exemplary. We are seniors. and he was kind, knowledgeable, patient and very efficient. we would recommend him HIGHLY. He is DEFINITELY an asset to this Verizon store. Everything went exactly as explained to us, item by item. Thank you for your service to us. we appreciate it.

The workers are very knowledgeable and friendly.

Researching new phones for Mom and me!
The Manager of the store met us at the door and helped us with phones for my Mom on her prepaid plan. Then he introduced me to their Samsung expert who helped me with real life observations and tips for my Samsung upgrade.

Went to get my daughter a phone. Service was impeccable!

I received my new phone in the mail and was unable to activate it. I called Verizon Tech Support to help with the problem, after 2 hours on the phone and speaking with 3 different levels of tech support my phone still was not able to be activated. Jen took a look at the phone and had it activated in about 10 minutes, I couldn't believe it. All Hail Jen!!

Before the new management, I would rate this 1 star, but the new management team in there made this place easier to get things done.

We had a great experience today with Henry. He helped us with a new device and new plan, all pretty quickly and very smoothly!
