I’m guilty of coming almost everyday with my 3 year old. She loves her pink cake pop and I always get my iced green tea! This is by far the best Starbucks I have been too. Drinks are always great even when I switch it up and customer service is outstanding! I usually go through the drive though so I don’t have to get my daughter out and they always have a smile, are always asking about my day, and everyone in general is just overall so sweet! I always leave in the best mood! With how many times I come here to this location I can honestly say I have never had a bad experience!

This is probably the best Starbucks I have ever been to. Yes, the drinks are good and yes, I love the cake pops and pumpkin loaf. But it’s the service that truly sets this location apart. I actually go into the store every time I visit because the staff is warm, welcoming and extremely friendly. It may be a franchise but this location truly embodies the small town coffee shop feel.

Business is always clean. Reece, Hannah, and Sharla consistently push out hot drinks and warmed fresh bakery items all morning whenever we are in. I’m so pleased with the progress this store has shown. I have been coming here since we moving April 2022 and it’ll stay our first and favorite.

Best Starbucks I have ever been to. I’ve been going there 4-5 days a week for the last year. I always use the drive through. Everyone I have encountered has been genuinely friendly or funny. All around super pleasant people. The drive through/parking situation isn’t ideal, but they make it work and I find is extremely fast considering how busy it is every morning. How fast I can get through a long line on a regular basis ultimately decides whether or not I continue to go to that establishment before work. If they don’t have someone out in the parking lots passing out treats and compliments they have someone out there taking orders. I decided to leave my first google review because of these people! 10/10.

Carolyn is absolutely amazing! She is the most kind and thoughtful barista at any Starbucks I’ve gone to. She goes above and beyond to make sure the customer experience is excellent and you start your morning off right! I returned this morning just to enjoy her positive energy while heading to the office. Highly recommend this location! ❤

Went through the drive through and they were so sweet while I ordered and always double checked, they were so patient and kind. When I got my drink there was a cute snail on it, it made my day.

I always order ahead here since it is quite a popular spot all day. Abel was such a pleasure to have making my drinks today, they greeted each patron with such kindness and the drinks were delicious.

This location is awesome! The baristas are so polite and the coffee and food is awesome! The only issue I had experienced was the traffic getting into the drive thru.. the line was really long but it went by fast! I see why everyone wants to come here.

Amazing location, they can have 20 cars in drive-through and still serve the people that came inside fast and effieciently, they also don't typically forget about mobile or delivery orders either and get those done in a jif.
They also love to conversate so if your a social person, their you go!

The best Starbucks in CO Springs. The staff is always friendly. The service and quality of the coffee and food is always consistently great.

I like the Carmel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino. It's wonderful! MY only other purchase is a chocolate croissant. Goes great with Frappuccino..

I regularly come in here with my dad and everyone is always so friendly and personable. Its nice to see when they remember my dad and put up with his since of humor and I can tell they are being genuinely nice to him. They are fast and the ladies always telling me what to add and subtract to make my drink how I like it!!!

Fast service. Everyone is always so friendly. I have been coming here for years. The manager is also very sweet. I was coming here when I was pregnant and she used to remind me to eat. Great place!!

This is the friendliest, most efficient, and cleanest Starbucks I have ever been to! I am not from the area however, called this Starbucks my home for one month (for work). Every morning, I was confidently and genuinely greeted by majority of the staff. I could not have better things to say. Thank you Mesa Ridge Starbucks for your hospitality! Keep up the good work

I personally met the manager "Ryan" and she has excellent employees during the daytime shift! I could be having a bad day before I enter the store, when my entire affect changes to positivity! Several employees kindly welcome each customer into this store! Way to go!

Excellent customer service. Andrew spent personal time talking to us about a French Press coffee maker. He provided pros and cons as well as advice on coffee selection, after we made the decision to purchase the French Press, Andrew discounted the Fresh Press and threw in a bag of freshly ground Kenya coffee.

One of the best Starbucks I've ever been to. They are always so kind, quick, and adequately staffed. They go out of their way to check on you and sometimes have people outside taking orders to speed the lines along. 100/100 Stars

Don’t know why Elizabeth 👇🏼 gave one star for something that was out of the baristas control but proceeded to say excellent service.

Anyways I recently placed a mobile order and was instantly greeted by this excellent service at 5am ish. They all greeted us and wished us a nice rest of our day.
But the coffee is probably the best I’ve ever had for Starbucks. And we only stopped here because it was early and they were the earliest opened store lol. It’s now 630am and my wife won’t shutup about the coffee still. Definitely went back on the app and upped our tip. 👍🏼
