Being completely honest… I try to avoid this location due to the way the parking lot is and because of it, the back up that the drive-through causes. However., I still gave the location five stars, because the customer service is impeccable. Sarah has a personality that can turn anyone’s day around with the most brief encounter. Not to discredit any other employee, but my interactions with her specifically make my day! Not sure if there is more than 1 Sarah(if only we could clone her) but she did mention she used to live in Chicago. Great love for great customer service!

Love the staff. Parking lot sucks, back ups suck, but the kindness of the staff should really be mentioned more. They make an effort to know me and are always friendly even when they are slammed.

The baristas are always quick and incredibly friendly, I've never had any issues. Recently I have noted that there is sometimes a small wait for the drive through, but that is only on days that they are short staffed.

Starbucks is so reliable on what you want and there baristas are so sweet sometimes they have long lines but it’s over in a snap

My child ordered in the app and the wrong store was selected. Though very busy they were happy to get the order to us quickly despite our mistake. Great customer service fast and attentive and very friendly. Thankful for businesses that treat customers so well.

The baristas at this location worked quickly and, more importantly, stayed friendly while I changed my order about nine times throughout. They remembered my name when I came in two minutes later to order more food and joked around with me about it too, again in a friendly way. Good work!

At this point, everyone knows what to expect food/ drink wise from Starbucks, but the staff can really make a difference. Even on a busy morning, the staff here were well trained, courteous, and overall incredibly pleasurable. They knew customers by their name right when they walked in and served everyone with a smile

Staff was polite and both drinks in my order were correctly made! They still don’t allow you to sit down inside the store and eat/drink your coffee. They should change that because most places do allow people to dine in now

Update: 12/20 new manager. Not a hire from within and it shows. Staff still spectacular but you can tell it is poorly managed. Sad to see it go downhill.
Update: 1/22 new manager. They are doing their best in spite of COVID

Place was super busy still greeted me like they weren't. I'm a batista at sbux, kind of annoying and hard to please. They made my complicated drink perfectly. 10/10!!!! In and out super quick.

Everything you'd expect from a Starbucks plus a drive through! Warm colors, good smells, Internet, ah the perfect (slightly costly) coffee joint for the on going teenage drama story. Nice booths for the social, and work stations for the introvert how needs a charge, and a coffee.

I don't visit this Starbucks often, but when I do I am always amazed by the great service. Today there was a guy on the drive-thru, Ethan, who you could tell was out to put a smile on people's faces today. It definitely worked - thanks!

Well we probably don't have very different experiences.

The coffee tastes -- get this -- just like Starbucks.

People are friendly.

Bathrooms are free.

It's good, I mean Starbucks, c'mon! But it would be nice if they did more varieties of flavors. Otherwise, everyone is very friendly and courteous whether you're ordering in store, thru the drive thru or online for pickup. I keep coming back! Definitely recommend!

Update: they are not slow anymore!

It takes a solid 15 mins (or more) to get a coffee, and I’ve been to much busier Starbucks that were wayyyyy faster. Don’t waste your time.

I love this Starbucks! Its even a walking distance from my house that you don't have to worry about danger. People here are so friendly and they I've a better taste then the one in Harris teeter!

Love the Carmel Frappuccino here! You guys are the best! Thanks for kick starting my work day! The staff is pleasant and hard working. Always a great experience.

I was in and out of a fifteen car-long drive thru wait within seven minutes. This place knows what they’re doing and it was an excellent experience.
