The new management and teams have changed this store so much for the better. The atmosphere is so friendly and inviting. My orders are always perfectly made. They move fast and are openly apologetic if they are busy or running behind. Just the overall improvement is amazing.

I woke up in gratitude today and God rewarded my faithfulness to remember to continue to serve others with a pure heart! Today I have to shout out Liz for being outstanding. She was such a kind soul today and a blessing when she handed me my Matcha tea! I believe that there are amazing people in the world and today Liz exemplified just that. I thank God for people who care about the service they provide. I will Always visit this location! Kudos to management and Kudos to the Starbucks philosophy of caring about people. Liz, you rock!! This could quite possibly be the best Starbucks in the U.S. Best staff and best coffee ☕

The folks here are always very nice and my drinks always come out good.

I mentioned a military discount and everything got amazing after that. The manager of the store being a veteran himself offered to cover the cost of my two grande white mocha coffee beverages. This type of Love isn't commonly seen in Starbucks and I think it should spread. It made my day. Thank you Tad for being an awesome person and covering my coffee

The nicest guys ever. You can see they genuinely care about customers having a good experience.

This location has always been strong with a great staff. The only problem is they took down the clock which had some history and very limited plug outlets. But a great place with a great patio and good vibes!

How nice it is to go to this coffee shop, the employees always, always happy and helpful as they should! Great job 👏☕

Amazing friendly service is hard to find. Way to go Starbucks at this location. The young lady helping me was helpful, knowledgeable, and very friendly. I didn't get her name but she had aviator glasses. She deserves a raise! Great Job to this Starbucks location.

I do a mobile order pick up here almost every morning. It’s always ready to go when I get there and the team members are literally the nicest I have ever encountered at a Starbucks. They actively go out of their way to start your day on a positive note. Every time I walk in I’m greeted with a smile and good morning. Sometimes someone is complimenting my outfit sometimes they’ve written a cute message on my cup. The energy is just always so positive and I look forward to stopping by each day!

The manager that was working I’m guessing he was the manager was very friendly and welcoming I got back in line to order something and he was very friendly and polite this hasn’t been the first time that I have seen him, very good customer service

Just wanted to shout-out to today’s staff for awesome service and their kindness!! From the time I walked inside I was greeted by two baristas, then at the register and had a lovely interaction with the cashier (hey Josh, Sam + Vickey!)

I’ve now been sitting for a couple of hours and love the interactions I’m seeing between the baristas and customers. They are super friendly, know their regulars by name, have been so kind and immediately willing to remake a drink and go the extra mile to help make the customers experience a positive one.

I use to work in coffee and know what can make or break a guest experience more than the coffee or food is the service so I just want to commend everyone on shift today and say great job! Keep up the awesome attitudes, genuine care for your guests and excellent service💯

Went here today while I was in town for work. MacKayla at the counter made some excellent drink suggestions, helped me save some $$$ with the app, and let me use their impeccably clean bathroom. Everyone behind the counter was radiating good vibes. Wish I lived in the neighborhood because this would be THE Starbucks on my morning drive. Thanks y’all.

This Starbucks is friendly and inviting. Today they were overwhelmed with traffic and they handled it extremely well. They stayed positive even when customers were unkind and made adjustments calling out the names on the orders being prepared, which always makes for a better customer experience. For a while there were only two people running the show, and then a 3rd woman appeared and that certainly helped. These ladies did a great job of keeping a positive vibe and getting orders out. I know it was a tough morning, but I hope they read this and know that their dedication and kindness did not go unnoticed!

I feel like this location is understaffed because I typically wait over 10 minutes for my order, whether I place it ahead of time online or in the cafe. The baristas all do their best, but are constantly running behind at peak hours. Hire some more workers please!

One of the friendliest and courteous locations in Frisco. Staff is great with communication and professional practice.

Both baristas were very courteous and helpful. Our lattes were good too, as well as the coffee cake. I recommend this Starbucks location in Little Elm/West Frisco.

This place has the sweetest customer service! They really do cater to their customers, especially first responders during this time of pandemic! Sam is super sweet especially when you're having a bad day! Always brightens my day and he makes the best coffee! Thank you Sam and team!
