The manager was raving about the pumpkin spice! She said it was the best coffee flavor in town hands DOWN. ✋ She would not take no for an answer and it was so delicious. I guzzled it down with my donuts. Here's to you! The pumpkin spice loving lady! New favorite on the menu!

This Dunkin donuts is always great they're very fast. All the employees iPad take my order and bring me up our super friendly. Great customer service.

To the young lady working today at noon whom loved my Mohawk an would not take a tip. Some day I will get ya back hun thank you so much that made my day much better.b

I’ve never been to a better Dunkin’s. I always have my drink made perfectly and this morning I forgot to order my latte with almond milk so I went back to ask if I could have my drink made again and the woman in the drive thru window was so uncommonly kind and she gave me a free donut even though it was totally my fault that I didn’t order my drink right. I was also having a really tough morning so the gesture lifted my spirits. These people just don’t get enough credit.

I don't usually drive this way to work anymore but I am so glad I did today! Jill and Lisa made me a delightful coffee with such a happy attitude it made my whole day. I will have to make sure to go this way more often in the future.

Went to the Dunkin’s on main st. They got my order wrong and when I asked them to fix it, they literally just dumped it out and added more coffee.

Went to this location and explained what happened. They made me a new coffee and apologized on behalf of the idiots on main st.
This is literally the only Dunkin‘ Donuts in Fitchburg that I’ll go to from now on.

I want to thank Kim and Karen for always making me feel at home in Dunkin donuts thank you for always having amazing customer service skills and being one of the very few workers there to get my order right every single time and a special shout out to Kim for buying me a coffee on my last visit yesterday thank both of you lovely workers for making my time in the area a little bit better they deserve to be managers

Both Dunkin Doughnuts I visited in Fitchburg MA were very nice. Specifically hooked up to easy access Wi-Fi. Thanks for your hospitality.

People who work there are polite and get your order correct every time the first time
