You have no idea how hard it is to find good customer service and people that generally know their jobs and don't play games with your money or your time. Martha and Luis are a treasure. They helped me with my plan and my phone so much I am forever grateful and I will go to the Tropicana and Maryland Store when ever I need something. They are life savers.

I have left the cricket customer line no more cricket for me I suggest everyone else to leave this cricket due to there rudeness and behavior I recommend Visible Or Tracfone so you don't have to deal with rude employees

Every time I go there. The staff is excellent and have wonderful customer service skills. I almost hate paying my bill online. Leo is an awesome young man who is always willing to help me with any questions or concerns!

Great staff! Francisco & Leo (and the other guy working with Leo) were so helpful & determined to fix my phone. They did everything and took so much time, unfortunately it was the phone. I highly recommend this store due to their dedicated customer service!!

All of the employees are friendly and knowledgeable. The store is clean and I've never seen it crowded in the evening. Im not sure about early daytime.

Just came in with questions but Juan and Silva was great. I went to a major retailer who seemed so elitist but these guys were down to Earth. You can appreciate that when you are trying to save money!
